“Great weekend break”

Took my 10 year old son on a 4 night break here. The pool and slides looked great for my son, and the reviews looked good for air con which is important to me. Everything was perfect for us for our stay. It was about a 10 minutes walk to the main strip, although there is also a couple of smaller bars opposite. The hotel is spotless, check in was easy, air conditioning was great. It was slightly unusual to have the toilet and shower in the main room but as a family it wasn't an issue for us, and they have doors on so definitely no issues with privacy. The room was cleaned every day and the shower was hot and easy to use. The site itself is modern and spotless, we found the pool not too busy overall, but if you get to the pool too late you may not got a sunbed, but again that didnt really bother us as we just put our things on a chair and went straight into the pool. We didnt have lunch or dinner but breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options. They allocate you a set time for breakfast which was a bit different than we are used to but one day we over slept and they still let us in. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a break and we would not hesitate to come back again.

Resort is really nice, family friendly, great pools, warm water. Nice rooms. Location it's perfect - 2 minutes walking to the main street. As minuses, you can consider the following stuff: 1. Kids animating team it's really boring, no feeling what they should do. Same scenario every night. 2. Sunbeds reservation - at 10:00 AM the scene it's similar to the famous scene from The King Lion movie - running like animals, but to reserve sunbed. Usually one family member took the task, loaded with towels, which he starts throwing on the sunbeds like boomerangs. One person, equipped with 7 towels runs over the sunbeds and cover them like on the war. Then he goes back to breakfast to join his family, task it's done ✅ - sunbeds for the whole family, kids, grandparents, sisters, all are guaranteed, no matter they are not there. Some sunbeds stay unused with hours, their "owner" can go even on the beach ⛱️, but when he comes back have sunbed. 3. Breakfast it's organized by time - each room have fixed time when they can go in. After 08:30 AM, infront it's a long queue of hotel guests - waiting for someone to finish it's breakfast and go out, so they can go in. 4. Room cleaning it's mostly proforma, it's done so fast, that you first wonder how it's possible. Well, it's not. There is even old food under or on the bed, toilet paper is not filled, shampoo also.

“Hotel ok pool area carnage not enough room for everyone”

Just had a week here end of July with our 8 year old. The hotel itself is lovely its clean and modern and set out like a little village. The rooms were quite small and your shower and toilet are all in the same room with glass doors so its not that private. There wasn't near enough storage space for clothes and we had 4 hangars on a rail between us. The rooms were kept clean and towels changed regularly but no full length mirror and the sink was next to the bed was just a bit weird setup. The pool doesn't open til 10am on morning so there is people queuing from 8 15 am to get a sunbed round the pool it is absolute carnage. Why cant they just open the pool area let people put towels down and then there wouldn't be numerous queues running to fight for beds at 10am. There are also people that just dont queue and run past eveyone when they open the barriers. Also if you have kids they are up early so just waiting round for pool area to open. The sunbeds round the pool are all touching no gaps between them so you are literally touching the person next to you which wasn't the best. Especially when they are smoking There are bali beds about 15 round the pool but they are 35 euros per day to hire so we had to buy one everyday to get some space so was really expensive. Also got told that people from outside can pay 20 euros for day pass to use facilities so no wonder there was no beds for people staying there. This is really annoying. Witnessed a few heated arguments over sunbeds round the pool. Staff were lovely food in restaurant was basic but I didn't mind that no good if your a foodie or picky eater. The prices at the pool bar were extortionate paid 21 euros for 2 drinks and 45 euros for burger pizza chips and 2 soft drinks .Entertainment was good all round during day and few shows we watched on night but there is just not enough room for everyone. Location is good can walk to beach and main strip in 10 15 mins but I wouldn't say it is quite a 4 star need to think about pool policies and space. I was quite disappointed to be honest
