We stayed in this hotel for our girly holiday. We booked through easyJet holidays and stayed for a week half board. The hotel is lovely, and we got there early as we had an early flight and we were able to check in before 3pm. Our room was nice and clean, and the beds were really comfy. The bathroom was also nice with a big walk in shower. We stayed half board so had breakfast and dinner included. The food was great lots of stuff to choose from, breakfast had a good variety of cooked breakfasts foods, pastries, fruits, fresh bread, cheeses as well as porridge and cereal. Dinner was all really nice always had something for us to eat and they did different themes each night eg Chinese, Mexican. The selection of cocktails is good with our favourite being a frozen mango Daiquiri. We stayed in June and never struggled to find a sun bed even when we came down at 11am! The pool area is lovely and the hotel itself is in a great location about a 5-10 minute walk to the main Salou strip and beach. The animation team was great and the entertainment at night was good, the best night being our last night which was an ABBA tribute. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel in great location to bars, shops,and beach. We only did B&B at this hotel so ate out each evening. No kettle in room to make tea or coffee, does have a small fridge. Hotel in great location to bars, shops,and beach. We only did B&B at this hotel so ate out each evening. No kettle in room to make tea or coffee, does have a small fridge. The hotel is clean, pool areas busy, Sunbeds to close together for my liking they have a pool on the roof its only a plunge pool. This hotel has a few rules No cash everything onto room wrist tag or pay by card No smoking on the balconies No Floaties in the pool No parking of mobility scooters outside hotel That is fine if those are the rules, please put these rules on your website so people booking can see them and won't be disappointed when they arrive. I would say 3 star hotel not 4 Loved Salou but I won't be going back to this hotel Kath

“Reception and pool ares great. Bedrooms questionable”

The location is fantastic along with the pool and reception area. The staff are very friendly and accomadting. The entertainment staff Pepe and Cata are brilliant. The location is fantastic along with the pool and reception area. The staff are very friendly and accomadting. The entertainment staff Pepe and Cata are brilliant. However, we paid for a superior room, it was room 607. The balcony was so small we never went on it, the air con was old and not powerful enough to cool a big room, so it got very hot especially at night. We thought the hotel looked tired in places and there were only 2 small lifts which only 4 people could fit in at a time. It was inadequate for a hotel of this size. My wife is a veggi and sometimes it was hard to identify what she could and couldnt eat. There was no symbols saying it was non meat. I'm not sure if we would return here in the future especially not to room 607

Firstly the location of the hotel is great, close to the beach bars and restaurants, the hotel itself isn’t a 4* more like 3, the rooms are so small and dated compared to other h10 hotels, no kettle in the room either . The breakfast was ok but not much choice , evening meals were bad, the selection and quality of food was not the best only decent thing was the soup . The staff are great at hotel all work hard and very friendly. Now the pool area , I’ve never seen anything quite like it apart from on TikTok, sun bed wars! Doors open at 9, people start queuing at 8 ( what a sad little life Jane ) then run to sunbeds pushing anyone out their way, mainly uk tourists of a certain age, then off they go for hours to breakfast , not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests , we went to the beach everyday 30 euro for 2 comfy beds but was better than wasting my life queuing for beds that were so close to each other you could taste the next persons sun cream , staff couldn’t police the bed reserving or the chaos of people doing this . The room wasn’t ready till 3 pm , we arrive just before 10 am, went to speak to the jet2 rep who barked “ it’s in your terms and conditions “ lovely lady… Other reviews mentioned noise but there wasn’t any once the “entertainment “ had finished . We would 100% come back to salou but not this hotel or another h10 as twice now it’s been promised to be 4* and above and it’s barely a 3. Weather has been gorgeous !
