Arrived at the H10 salarius Palace saying for 14night as per usual warmly greeted by the porter big cheech as I call him again warm welcome from alba on the front desk room wasn't ready but I expect that room went for lunch at snack bar at pool area delicious room just standard maid in everyday fresh towels n beds changed np at all now food wish I always find breakfast dinner can be hit n miss but that's me personally not the hotel they cater very well with a wide selection both breakfast and dinner and any allergy problems let them know the chefs are brilliant as are the waiting staff from marina our fav 😍 Christian, Christina, edu and a gd few more rooftop bar with splash pool love it main pool is a fair size but can get busy that's 4yr in a row for us and we will be back again in May for us this hotel provides what we want and can't praise it high enough ohhh n Esmerada is an absolute gem of a women always a pleasure to meet see use may 27 💚💚✌️

“Lovely hotel”

Fantastic hotel would definitely stay again. Booked a superior room, was spacious with a lovely pool view and coffee machine. Fantastic hotel would definitely stay again. Booked a superior room, was spacious with a lovely pool view and coffee machine. Good location for the theme parks, which is what we wanted, little walk to the beach but not too far. Hotel was clean and welcoming. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss in the evenings but that wasn't important to us. Restaurant was clean and well replenished. Typical hotel food but there was always something to eat. Pool area was lovely, although I could see it being extremely crowded in peak season. Have stayed in both the H10 salauris and the H10 princess and would certainly recommend these hotels and would stay again.

Myself, my partner, and her brother stayed here the first week of June. It's quite a large hotel that though quite busy, caters well for families with younger children. The rooms are quite spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast and dinner are buffet service, and offer plenty of choice, we particularly enjoyed whatever fish was on offer at the evening grill station. Sunbeds were generally available either at the main pool or the adult only roof pool. Though if you prefer a favoured spot probably best to join the dreaded sunbed queue prior to 9am. Outside the hotel take a short walk to the fabulous Salou beach, several beach bars available, and a nice flat walk along the promenade to the quieter Vilafortuny, or a short bus ride to Cambrils. Lunch can be purchased at the hotel, though there are plenty of options in Salou. We would certainly recommend Casa Ramon and Coffee Break Salou. Beverage prices at the hotel are great, decent quality, and generally no cheaper outside. All staff, at buffet, reception, cleaning, and bars are friendly and hard working. Particular shout out to Mike (animation}, Facu (pool bar), and Connor (snack bar), who do their utmost to ensure your holiday is enjoyable. As Mike would say, when on holiday Wakey Wakey! Visited the hotel around the same time last year and had absolutely no complaints but unfortunately has gone downhill in the last year. Returned this year at the beginning of May as a family of 8, and other family members felt the same, that some aspects of our stay were really not as good as last year. Our room was perfect - great size, clean, brilliant walk in shower, big enough for double buggy and fridge in room. Unfortunately my parents room wasn't as clean and also had a dirty sticky mess inside the fridge. They were room 102 and near the lifts which meant they heard lots of noise. My brother and his girlfriend were room 101. Right next to the lift, constant noise, smaller balcony, and also got wakened by a phone call in the early hours of the morning from someone thinking they were calling reception asking for water to be brought to their room!! Overall the hotel was clean, no issues at the pool and always managed to get a sunbed. My main issue with cleanliness was in the restaurant. With needing a table for 8 we always had to sit in the conservatory area and unfortunately there were ants everywhere on the floor and even on the table at some points. Put me off eating to be honest. Disappointed there was no cava at breakfast anymore, as this was something I particularly enjoyed last year. People seem to be happy to queue for half an hour to get into the restaurant before it opened, no idea why as food was always replenished and hot. Strange behaviour. Kids food choices very repetitive - chips, pasta & a sauce, sometimes nuggets but my kids always found something to eat. My little girl was disappointed there was no daisy plates and cutlery as she loved this last year and certainly made meal times easier! Queues round the buffet are annoying, some people just plain rude but thats the same anywhere you go. Placing the sweets at dinner right beside the pillar is quite inconvenient as this is where people seem to queue and can't get past them for the pillar being in the way. I would also say that the kids daisy club entertainment wasn't as good as last year, there seemed to be less for smaller kids to do during the day. Last year there was music and dancing out at the pool with daisy but this year the only time there was anything at the pool was their morning song, then games for older kids that my 3 year old and 2 year old were too small to be involved in. It rained a couple of days, and you would think the kids entertainment would put something on for the kids but they just seemed to spend the time practicing some dance moves that they never seemed to actually put into practice! Kids club at night was sometimes only 20 mins, same songs on repeat, definitely not as good as last year. On the whole the hotel is still good value for money, but we were all just a bit disappointed compared to last year and probably wont return, which is a shame.
