Leaving today after a four night stay. We booked last minute for a very good price (less than £400 for 4 nights with flights). We were a bit dubious as used to 5 star resorts and the reviews were hit or miss but it’s what you make it and your expectations. Sunbeds - never a problem. We always got 3 together. We are early-ish risers and were there before 9am but there were plenty available even gone 10am. Guests - mostly Spanish. We knew this was a Spanish focused resort which suits us fine. We didn’t really bother too much with the entertainment, it was mostly Spanish but they did translate to English too. We found all the staff helpful and friendly. Food and drinks - again mostly Spanish focused. Good for us, we never had a bad meal. We don’t go on holiday to eat fry ups and English food. Lots of salads, paella, fresh grilled meat and fish. Pastries at breakfast are good, fresh fruit. Drinks - fine. Again we are used to resorts where they come round and serve you. You have to get your own here and the queues are long at times. They do have minimal staff behind the bar. I think they could do with fridges of water where you can help yourself or soft drink dispensers outside to help reduce queues. The queues mostly formed because guests would be ordering coffee which took longer to prepare. Cleanliness - our room was very clean and fresh. Seemed recently renovated. It suited us just fine with 3 single beds. The beds were comfortable, aircon worked well. Maybe a bit too well as we got cold some nights 😂 Facilities - we only used the smaller outdoor pool. Lovely slope into it, great temperature. Didn’t use the larger pool, indoor pool or gym. Location - few minutes walk from the start of the strip. 10 mins max to the beach front. We had a beach day and used the loungers there. The location is fab for the price we paid. Would we return? Maybe, maybe not. If the price was good and for a few night break like this definitely. It seems to be getting busier now with the start of the summer holidays. Don’t let the mixed reviews put you off - go in with an open mind and the expectation that this is a budget hotel.

It took 2 hours to get checked in as check in staff seemed to be on a go slow, queue was out the door and down the stairs. The reception was incredibly busy and stuffy, not a ideal first impression, due to this we ate out the first night just to get away from the pent up rage of check in. I never seen queues like it again so may of been a one off. First night eating in restaurant and I've never seen so many people in a all inclusive restaurant the staff clearly overwhelmed but again it wasn't as rammed as that again. The food was good and had a wide variety. The pool area was great although one of the pools was closed twice (in a week) and the other closed once. Spacious enough and clean enough, plenty of sunbeds all of the time. The pool bars were understaffed with 2 usually serving poolside and 2 at coco bar (i just went into snack bar for drinks to avoid queuing.) The splash park was good for my daughter however she wasn't tall enough for slides (whole reason we booked the hotel) The mini disco was good and entertainment seemed ok. Plenty on to keep you busy it you just wanted to stay in hotel but location gives you plenty of other options. Keep in mind this hotel caters mainly for Spanish so mainly Spanish is spoken during mini disco and activities but it hardly makes a difference. Rooms a decent, quiet enough. All inclusive wrist band is your room key which is a massive help.
