For starters- Staff at reception were lovely and very kind and helpful. Staff at the downstairs bar wanted nothing to do with you if you were english/irish another irish couple felt the same. The rooms- were abit small it’s just two single beds pushed together but it done us. Cleaners cleaned everyday and changed the beds fresh towels everyday. Location- Perfect location you were walking distance from everything you needed, Portaventura, beach, food, bars everything you can think of. The only small negative i have is we are a young couple 20s and the hotel is mainly 60+ up. Not sure if it’s the time of year we went but our last day another irish couple checked in and other than that ir was just us. No complaints we were happy with that but if you wanted a more lively place then not for you!

“Highly recommended.”

I've stayed in at least 10+ different hotels in salou ,cap salou and cambrills now and In my opinion this is by far the best hotel I've stayed at by a country mile.!This was my second visit here.and Im looking now to return soon..my advise is keep your valuables locked away in the safe,as unfortun… more

I've stayed in at least 10+ different hotels in salou ,cap salou and cambrills now and In my opinion this is by far the best hotel I've stayed at by a country mile.!This was my second visit here.and Im looking now to return soon..my advise is keep your valuables locked away in the safe,as unfortunately small amounts of money did go missing out my partners purse daily.when we reported it the fantastic reception did investigate it,but the cleaner denied it.so that was the end of it.🤔.no apology.we was told anything of value should of been put in the safe,so does that mean we have to buy our expensive clothes trainers makup jackets etc etc in the safe,if not they can take what ever they like?🤔 .im sure this was a complete one of.,and one bad egg.and it certainly hasn't put me of going back this year.The food is spectacular 10+ .The staff 10,The entertainment 10.and it's spotless through out the whole hotel .ohh and the swimming pool and bar terrace on the roof is just something a little bit special.

There are many positive aspects to this hotel hence our return visit end of May/beginning of June. The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean and the facilities are good. We particularly like the rooftop terrace for sunbathing. The rooftop also has a small pool, large jacuzzi, and bar/chill out area. There are plenty of spaces throughout the hotel to find a quiet spot to relax. The food in the buffet restaurant we found to be adequate and there was a decent variety of options available which changed daily, although there could be more vegetarian options. The waiter, Juan, who worked in the restaurant was always really friendly and helpful. The bar staff in the evenings were also very friendly and welcoming, particularly Renzo and Raúl. The location of the hotel is very central; close to shops, supermarket, the beach and a short walk to the bus station for trips to Tarragona, Barcelona, and Cambrils. Things that could be improved on from our perspective would be the evening entertainment, which seems to be catered towards older adults and perhaps more Spanish and French guests. It could also be repetitive at times. Also, since it was the start of the holiday season, the entertainment was indoors and the lounge area indoors is very brightly lit which was off putting. When we visited in August 2025, the entertainment was outside which we preferred. In addition, the only draft beer on offer at the bar was Estrella, and for a 4 star hotel, we feel more options should be available. Unfortunately, during the second week of our stay, a singer and a large group of his fans descended on the hotel, and the prospect of tranquillity was gone with events being hosted solely for them almost daily. These could be very noisy and night time events often continued beyond midnight. Due to these events, certain areas of the hotel were closed off to other paying guests which seemed unfair. Advance notice of this, i.e. prior to booking, would have been appreciated as would have some form of compensation from the hotel. It certainly made our second week less enjoyable. Overall, we think this is a nice hotel and it would probably be our top pick for any return trips to Salou.

Great location for the beach and other amenities. Hotel very clean. Buffet meals average. Stayed in a double room with pool view that had inadequate wardrobe/cupboard space for two adults with clothing for a seven night stay. Evening entertainment not to our taste but other guests seemed to enjoy it. Wi-Fi free but poor signal strength.
