Check in good room was modern and clean food was good jesus was great in restaurant, snack bar by pool also great well done all. Location fantastic 5min walk to centre water parks easy access. Bar area at night had no background music in fact customers brought their own speaker in and we had singsong a few nights. In back room they had few shows silent disco was the best. Must give big shout out to the girls that done the activities day and night they were credit to themselves and there families well done all Pool was bit cold but warmed up later beds were available most times

Well What a surprise!!! I booked this holiday for 6 friends and when looking at the pictures of the hotel, i thought it looked a bit sterile, but had all the amenities we need for an 'All Inclusive' holiday. When asking the group half way through what they thought and the only negative was the sun loungers being uncomfortable, Then the hotel can't be bad. We couldn't want for anything. Location was great only a short stroll to the beach, Food was excellent. yes you get the usual same stuff as you do at any Buffet, but there was plenty of variety. And very tasty. It was nice to see people using utensil's correctly and not cross contaminating. One improvement i would give is having a couple dedicated drinks people to get your 'Acoholic' drinks at lunch or dinner. Having to ask someone who is cleaning up plates became tiresome. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels. All the staff were very polite and thank you to the receptionist who help me with getting printed copies of boarding passes. You're a star!! The pool area was clean and tidy. It's just a shame that some people can't be arsed to put their litter in the bins provided. Well done PPS. I would recommend you anytime

Just home after a weeks all inclusive stay with my family and friends. Good location, a few minutes walk to the main areas and beach. Hotel is clean and rooms are quite spacious for 4 people. Didn’t realise it was a Eco Friendly hotel which wasn’t the best for all inclusive. Had to carry a cup everyday for any drinks or it was a euro to replace it, pool bar had long queues all day sometimes waiting over 15 to 20 minutes for a drink as both snacks and drinks were served from same point instead of helping yourself. Restaurant food choices although had a different theme each night was small in comparison to other hotels in Salou, food wasn’t topped up until there was none left so you could be standing waiting for food. Bar closed at 11:30 each night and didn’t open until 12 each day. You can tell it was Eco with above, minimising waste. Some staff were very nice (reception, entertainment ) the bar staff some of them looked like you were bothering them when asking for anything. The pool is an ok size but there is very little room around it for sun loungers, it also didn’t open until 10am. I was always against people putting towels down but if you didn’t you would be placed away from the pool which isn’t ideal with young kids. Wasn’t a bad hotel but after staying in Salou many times now there is better at the same star rating and same price.

Stayed here for a week and overall had a mixed experience. The positives were that it was usually quite easy to get a sunbed if you were down before around 10:30am, which made pool days much less stressful. The shower pressure in the rooms was excellent, which is something you don’t often find in hotels. There were also games and activities around the pool during the day. Unfortunately, there were several areas that let the hotel down. If you wanted any alcoholic drinks containing spirits, you had to go to the indoor bar, and they would not serve you unless you were fully clothed. This meant having to get changed from poolwear every time you wanted a drink, which became quite inconvenient. Entertainment was also disappointing. There was no music played around the pool during the day, which made the atmosphere feel quite flat. In the evenings, the only entertainment was mainly focused on children, with very little on offer for adults afterwards. As a result, the hotel lacked atmosphere both during the day and at night. Queues were another issue. There were often long waits at the bars and, at busy times, the buffet restaurant as well. The sunbeds were easy enough to get but were not particularly comfortable for spending long periods relaxing by the pool. One small improvement that would make a difference would be providing toilet brushes in the bathrooms, as this would help guests keep facilities looking fresh between housekeeping visits instead of having to see what’s been left from 5 hours ago. Overall, the hotel had some good points, particularly the shower quality and availability of sunbeds, but the lack of atmosphere, limited entertainment and frequent queues meant it did not quite meet expectations.
