- Location: Great. 10 minute walk to beach front. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bar on the way. - Atmosphere: mixed. As can be found anywhere, people will argue and fight. Unfortunately we seen a few fall outs, the most ridiculous was over a game of kids football which adults decided to play. All got too much for the adults. Police and security attended. This ruined the vibe for us as one of groups involved was quite big & there every night. We ended up spending our last nights out of the hotel. Didnt come on holiday to feel on edge. Day time atmosphere around the pool was positive for us. - Staff: majority fantastic, friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to Fabian and his life guard team. Entertainment team also great, always smiling and good with the kids. Reception staff were always pleasant, maids lovely, bar staff also good. (Just not enough of them) - Facilities: Pool area good. Lots going on throughout the day. Kids loved inflatable Wednesdays, the temporary tattoo artist and other activities such as water polo, arts & crafts, darts and volleyball. Plenty of sun beds, never had an issue getting a bed poolside. They could be doing with a hose down though, bit grubby. Lots of ants around the poolside beds too but just kept our area free from food, binning rubbish as we went. Pool bar good. All inclusive worth it for drinks and snacks alone. Breakfast in restaurant was good, continental or cooked options. Lunch and dinner repetitive & not very nice. The themed nights were a disappointment. This may to be expected but it was our first time all inclusive and I'm glad we could afford to eat out for our last week. Queues for restaurant could be lessened if you didn't have to be seated by the one member of staff on this job. Why you can't state how many seats you'll be taking (they use a clicker to keep track of numbers) and go sit yourself I don't know. I appreciate people's point of view that you're on holiday, there's no rush but actually you wouldn't go to a restaurant and queue to get in. (I wouldn't anyway, I'd go elsewhere which we did in the end) Perhaps a booking system or just letting people come and go would make it feel less restrictive and tiresome. Also having adequate staffing to match the volume of guests would help. Lifts a pain. Again not efficient or big enough for the volume of guests. Especially for lots of families with prams (us included). Lobby bar was okay but very busy at night and usually only one member of staff serving. There was another bar in the entertainment theatre but this was never open. Evening entertainment lacking and boring. Kids enjoyed the park and sand pit more with friends they made. - Rooms: Spacious and clean. Bathroom could be doing with a freshen up. Black mould, broken bath rail and chipped tiles. Powerful shower though which was good. Only mirror in the room is the bathroom. A full length mirror on the back of the door or wall would be good. Plenty of plug sockets. Hair dryer in bathroom. There is a cooler in the room (not a fridge, it will only maintain the temperature of what you put in), safe was good and free to use. Balcony furniture broken. Air con was good, turns off when the balcony doors are open. Cannot close the balcony doors when on it as you'll get locked out. Decent size TV in room although not used much. Maids in daily to make beds, empty bins and change towels. Having read the reviews before coming we were really apprehensive and although some of the complaints and reviews are valid some are just people who have unfortunately not had a good experience. This doesn't mean it'll be like that for you. Go with an open mind. It was our first family holiday in a couple of years and although there were some things we got fed up with it didn't ruin our time away. Lots of pros and a few cons which we just adapted our plans to make less of an issue (e.g. going out at night)

We are currently staying here on our first all inclusive holiday. I feel there are more negatives than positives unfortunately. You all get allocated a plastic cup which you have to use to get a drink each time. Otherwise you pay 1 euro to replace. Which wouldn’t be too bad if you didn’t have to spend your entire time QUEUING. The daytime queue for drinks is always at least 20 people long. The evening queue is even longer with one or two very stretched bar staff trying to serve everyone, a previous review said it was the land of the queues and they weren’t wrong! The line for breakfast during certain times can be extremely long and dinner also. The food is quite good and always stocked up however. The beds are hard as rocks and you get one pillow each. When we asked for more we were told ‘if we have them’ Our view on the first floor is the disgusting smelly bins with no sun and two very sad chairs and a table. There are no mirrors anywhere except the bathroom, the rooms are basic at best and ours smelt like damp the whole time. There is food left EVERYWHERE around the pool due to lazy people (not the hotels Fault) with birds attacking the scraps and there is nowhere near enough space for everyone around the pool. The pool is nice enough for us but the drains surrounding it send out a terrible smell. There is one ladies toilet by the pool which is constantly soaking wet and stinks of wee. There doesn’t seem to be anyone staffed to clean or tidy except the room cleaners who did a great job. The entertainment staff work really hard and also the pool bar staff who are absolutely swamped. In no way should this be marketed as a 4 star because it simply is not. We wouldn’t return here but we would to the area as the beach etc is lovely
