“Great week stay”

My daughter and I had a lovely holiday at the beginning of may, the hotel was spotless and staff were very hardworking and polite.. we were all inclusive and there is definitely something for everyone. We’re not really drinkers so can’t comment on the alcohol but I would come back to this hotel

I stayed at Florida Park Hotel for a week on a last-minute booking and overall had a lovely time. When you first walk into the hotel, you’re greeted by a nice reception area and friendly reception staff. Check-in was straightforward, although I had to leave a deposit for the all-inclusive wristbands, which was returned when I checked out and handed the wristbands back. There are three glass-backed lifts, which provide great views of the pool area as you travel to your floor. The hotel felt fresh, clean, and nicely decorated throughout. My room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge to keep drinks cool. The balcony was spacious and overlooked the neighbouring hotel while also offering a sea view. The balcony doors did an excellent job of blocking outside noise. The bathroom was modern and clean, and the shower had good water pressure. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t particularly powerful. It kept the room cool eventually, but it took quite a while to do so. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The pool itself was never overly busy, and there were plenty of sun loungers and seating available to enjoy the sunshine. There was also some entertainment provided during both the day and evening. The bar was divided between all-inclusive guests and customers paying for drinks. Unfortunately, I found some of the bar staff to be quite rude, especially towards all-inclusive guests. It sometimes felt as though paying customers were treated better. There was a snack bar open during the day with indoor seating, but guests were not allowed to take food outside to eat in the outdoor seating area, which I found inconvenient. The food from the snack bar was generally cooked properly but was often not kept hot enough, with items such as hot dogs and burgers being served lukewarm. The main restaurant was very impressive, however. The quality of the food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, with plenty of fresh options and enough variety to avoid becoming repetitive. The restaurant staff were not particularly friendly and could have been quicker at clearing tables, but this did not spoil the dining experience. Despite a few minor issues, I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return to this hotel in the future.

The rooms where ok but we had two singles push together to make a double it was not good for medical reasons as well. For all inclusive it was ok but not much on cocktails list you can have unless you pay. The food ok but it was repeated a lot time The staff were brilliant all trying to help. For a 4 star you had pay 20euros per person to use the indoor pool for 2 hours I would thought would come in on it But you not fault cleaner it was so clean. The noise was not bad depending on where you was in building. Down faults that advertised as kids friendly but I did not see any of that as I saw most adults although I had no kids with us but I would thought they would get bored quickly the pool was cold as you couldn't stay in for long. I would careful when you book as they large group of students staying. Also it dog friendly which is not on the read up. We had pleasant stay unfortunately I would say at this hotel due to entertainment..

On arrival the receptionist was so helpful nothing was too much trouble, check in wasn’t till 3pm, she booked us in early gave us our bands and when we came back an hour later with our cases, our room was ready early. Last minute booking and the hotel didn’t disappoint. On arrival the receptionist was so helpful nothing was too much trouble, check in wasn’t till 3pm, she booked us in early gave us our bands and when we came back an hour later with our cases, our room was ready early. Hotel was clean and tidy, rooms spacious and cleaned daily. Pool side lots of tables and chairs, no problems getting a sun Lounger. Food, no complaints at all wide variety choose from. The hotel is very central and within walking distance of bars and restaurants should you choose to go out, and near the beach. Only complaint is that the waiters and waitresses came be rude, as all inclusive you are treated differently to paying guests and that’s very evident in the bar area. We felt like we were second class as we was all inclusive.
