“Lovely hotel”

Lovely hotel. Handy location. Clean and nice bedrooms and swimming pool. Lush breakfast menu and very helpful and welcoming staff Was outside school holidays but very quiet and peaceful, away from the more pronounced hustle and bustle from the strip .

Our 2 week stay from start to finish was fabulous. We arrived before check in time but our room was ready which we were so grateful for after a 2am alarm that morning. Our apartment was lovely, beds very comfortable. Air conditioning & safe we didn’t have to pay extra for. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was so clean and daily maid service. The pool is lovely. We were always able to get sunbeds but inevitably there were a few sun bed hoggers. Prices for food and drinks were very reasonable. We were about 15 min walk from the train station which was good as we like to explore. Would we stay here again? Definitely!

My husband and I came here in June for the 10th time in 13 years, because we love everything about this place. From the girls in the office to the bar staff, cleaners, great rooms, bar, lovely pool and poolside, we just can't fault it. We ask for our favourite room each visit, and the staff have always delivered. We stay in a bed and breakfast studio room which has an amazing super king size bed, a sofa bed and 2 chairs. The balcony is spacious, with 2 deckchairs and a small table. There is a small fridge too, which is useful for keeping our drinks cold. The TV shows UK free view channels. There is a coffee machine provided, but we always ask for a kettle as we are tea drinkers, and it is always provided. One very tiny criticism is that there is no plughole near the big mirror, so drying hair is a bit awkward. There is a hairdryer provided in the bathroom, but I would say that it's only useful for a very short hair style! The bathroom is lovely - lots of space, and a great big walk in shower with 2 types of shower heads. The cleaners come every day, and leave everything spotless. The breakfasts are fabulous - there is so much choice, and well worth the money. We also often have our dinner there. There is a good selection of choices, and every meal we have ordered is always lovely. Reasonably priced, too. There are 2 TVs and a pool table in the cafe/bar area, plus plenty of tables to sit at. The pool is wonderful. It is the same depth at both ends, which I like, because I like to be able to put my feet down if I want to. I love the jacuzzi at the one end too, and the steps are gentle steps (not ladder), so it is easy to get in and out of the pool. There are sun loungers and deck chairs all around the pool and then, down a few steps from the pool, there are plenty more sunbeds to choose from. The pool is up on the first floor, so people passing by can't see us. All the bar staff are very friendly and helpful. I am learning Spanish, and they are all very patient with me when I'm practising! A relatively new addition is the "Oops" chiringuito (snack bar) which is on the ground floor at street level, in front of the hotel. From ice creams to burger and chips, there is a great choice with plenty of seating behind it. They also serve some alcoholic drinks. We loved it, and had dinner there two or three times. I think the fact that we keep coming back here speaks volumes. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for John and me.

Made our way to the hotel from Barcelona airport via public transport which was relatively straight forward and super cheap. Would definitely recommend getting the train to Barcelona as it’s direct and along the beautiful coastline, plus only £11 for two of us which is much cheaper than a cab. Tra… more

Made our way to the hotel from Barcelona airport via public transport which was relatively straight forward and super cheap. Would definitely recommend getting the train to Barcelona as it’s direct and along the beautiful coastline, plus only £11 for two of us which is much cheaper than a cab. Train station only a 10min walk. The hotel is perfectly located for a trip to the stunning beach. Literally turn left out of the supermarket entrance and cross over the main road before the bridge and the beach is straight ahead. Around 10 min walk, plenty of bars there serving food and drink. Crystal clear water and golden sand. The pool was nice too, especially the jacuzzi and water jet machines. Really handy as next to the hotel cafe serving food and lovely freshly made cocktails. Breakfast you can help yourself to but if you would like eggs, bacon etc you need to ask for whatever you would like. You also need to ask for tea/coffee. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Room made up daily. Very happy with our stay and a great base close to the city. Lots of restaurants to eat in, cute little land train worth going on too which takes you around Santa Susanna. The stop is on the main road - again left out of the hotel. Loved the little market stalls in the evening and the ice-cream/waffle place outside the hotel was amazing. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
