Our first stay at this hotel and we enjoyed it enormously. The staff are an example to others and wonderfully warm. The food could possibly be improved on and the labelling can be sometimes vague or non-existent which can be confusing for people with allergies or food intolerances. The room (which we upgraded before arrival) was spacious and cleaned every day to a decent standard. The evening entertainment was definitely of a higher quality than the usual parrot dancing and trapeze artists. There is no intrusive daytime entertainment that usually consists of 100db music and pool games and the place is none the worse for that. It is an adults only hotel and the multi national guests were friendly and there was a very warm atmosphere around the place both day and night. The alcoholic drinks are branded and none of the "Locally produced" varieties that many all inclusive hotels serve. We never had a problem getting sunbeds or parasols as there are plenty of both. The swimming pool is fantastic - a universal depth of 1.35m end to its considerable other end, cleaned daily, no inflatable bananas and footballs etc and all watched over by a lifeguard who actually pays attention and stops things getting out of hand. There are large beach towels supplied which is very handy if luggage allowance is an issue. There is every sport you can think of available on the lounge TV. I had no trouble getting Sky F1 when I asked. Football etc - no problem. The pool bar was closed for the fortnight we were there but was in the process of being opened up for the main summer months. The location means about a ten minute walk to the beach and should be kept in mind if you have mobility issues. The test of any hotel is would we stay again?? - 100% we would.

“Excellent family holiday”

Had a great family holiday here. Food and choice of drinks excellent. Staff friendly. Rooms spacious and clean. Great location if wanting to travel by train. Train Station near hotel which takes you direct into Barcelona. Beach across the road from the hotel.

We stayed here for 5 nights All inclusive, there were 4 of us (ages between late 30s & 60s) We were given one of the rooms on the reception level with a huge terrace. The room itself was huge, plenty of storage space, modern, clean, a fridge (which is filled for your arrival with some drinks) a safe (free of charge), air con. We had twins beds (requested) couldn’t fault the room at all (probably one of the best I’ve had) The reception area was nice and modern, and smelt beautiful every time we walked through it, staff always on the desk and always greeted us upon walking through, you can request free use of pool towels here and large/small bottles of water. The man on reception (sorry didn’t get his name - northern accent) was brilliant, really thorough with our check in information. The hotel its self was small but very clean & modern and felt big enough for what we wanted. It was probably one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever been too. Some good points to that is that you can completely switch off and relax, but I did feel there could have been slightly more going on during the day times, the animation team were barley seen just on the odd occasion we did bingo or a quiz. Even a bit of background music around by the pool would be a nice touch. The Tiky pool bar did open up on the Friday which did start to play some music and a bit more of an atmosphere. Pool area was nice, plenty of sun beds, lovely pool, albeit freezing cold but when the weather was good, this was lovely and refreshing. The pool terrace had plenty of chairs and tables and you could get waiter service here, however, we also didn’t mind going to the bar ourselves, it was all close by. The snacks offered when the restaurant was shut were delicious and plenty of choice, presentation was good. The drinks choices were phenomenal, such a great choice. We were spoilt! The bar staff were fantastic day and night, couldn’t get all their names but Gerard, Arwa, Dario just to name a few were brilliant, wish I could name them all! The food in the restaurant was enough, not loads of choice (in my opinion) but there was always something to eat and always very nice. Lots of seating and I really like the red/green card system on the table to show if you’ve finished and left or not. The entertainment was a different array of singers each night when we were there, I have to say, they were all fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves each night, even got up and did karaoke (I blame the delicious drinks!!) all inclusive drinks are included up till 11pm and then you can purchase them up until the bar closes. There is a ‘disco’ from 11pm where you can request songs, this always seemed a bit of a let down, not many people wanted to stay for that bit as the music was always set a bit quiet so it was more like background music and again the entertainment team didn’t really get involved which is a shame. The resort itself isn’t that great, we walked along the beach and that was disappointing nothing along there at all. There are however, some bars and restaurants and shops before you get to the beach which is nicer. The train station is about 10/15 mins walk away, very good & reasonable, we went into Malgrat De Mar, again not overly great but we enjoyed ourselves at Aruba beach bar for a few hours. There is a land train that goes up into the villages, that was nice enough for something to do. All in all we had a brilliant time. Very chilled out and relaxed. Thanks for a great stay ☺️

I booked a last minute trip and chose to stay here based on a review from a solo traveller as this was my first solo trip. My experience was radically different, I felt invisible and found the service lackluster. There was a total failure to anticipate guests needs, whilst the staff were polite,friendly and helpful, they didn't go out of their way to provide a service, you had to ask them for everything. There were too few bar waiters and you practically had to chase them down to get a drink, or go to the bar yourself. This was my first visit to Spain in over 10 years, in general I felt tolerated, but not particularly welcomed,my most recent experience of all inclusive was from Turkey where the service was exemplary, this just didn't compare. I also had a birthday during my stay, which went unacknowledged, no great expectation here, however when this occurred during other holidays, the hotels I stayed in usually put a card, or chocolates in the room. I was surprised to see the next day at breakfast, another guest being sung Happy birthday to and presented with cake. A little bit inconsistent. The animation team were not around much and weren't really animated. They didn't engage with guests very much outside of the specific activities scheduled. Given the number of solo travellers staying at the hotel during the week I was there, I felt that an opportunity was missed by the hotel to engage with these guests and involve them a bit more. Fortunately I met a fellow solo traveller and we buddied up for the week, which made the stay more enjoyable, otherwise it would have been a very lonely trip. The hotel itself was very clean, my room (a junior suite) was recently upgraded and whilst it was very nice, it was impacted by noise from the bar next door as it overlooked the street, and from the hallway as it was opposite the lifts. The shower room was a good size, all toiletries were included and best of all, a full size hairdryer provided. The restaurant was on the small side, the food was OK, but if you don't like fish, or are vegetarian then you would struggle, choices were limited and, I'm not sure I would opt for all inclusive based on the food options, the bar food was a saving grace as it felt like you were actually being served. There was nightly entertainment in the bar, The acts did a great job of involving and interacting with guests, as long as you don't mind the same set list all week, you'll be up dancing. I enjoyed my week in the sun and would likely return to the Breeze, now I know what to expect . Coming from a hospitality/ customer service background I had high expectations, especially given I paid a premium as a solo traveller. The location is great, you could find everything you could ever need to buy here, the shops were good, and the Tuesday market is definitely worth a visit, lots of restaurants around the hotel provide a good alternative to the all inclusive option.
