We stayed here on an all-inclusive basis and overall had a great holiday, with just a few areas that could be improved. Our first night was very noisy, but María at reception was fantastic and quickly sorted the issue. The hotel is modern, the rooms were always spotless, and the food had plenty of variety—we only ate out once during our stay. A special mention also goes to Sam at the bar, who was always friendly and welcoming. Your room mini fridge doesn’t get restocked! The biggest downside was the pool sunbeds, which were a nightmare to get. There was also a lot of smoking around the pool, including cannabis, and we feel the hotel should introduce a designated smoking area. It would also benefit from being adults-only, as most of the disruption came from younger guests who were clearly under 18. The live cooking station needs improvement too—we were served burgers that were raw in the middle, and staff didn’t seem concerned when we reported it. The free beach sunbed tickets included with all-inclusive were a great bonus, and we enjoyed the included spa session. The entertainment was okay, and the hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a lovely stay thanks to the friendly staff, clean hotel and varied food. With a few improvements, this would be an excellent hotel.

Just got back from a 5 day all inclusive stay and had a great time. On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming (we arrived early afternoon) and room was ready. Good sized room and clean. Bathroom could maybe be modernised a bit with a walk in shower/glass shower screen rather than a shower curtain, but that's the only negative. It was great to have the Dove toiletries (shower gel, shampoo and hand soap) as we hadn't brought those with us and were going to buy. As we were all inclusive, we had a mini fridge that was stocked on arrival. We were disappointed that this didn't get replenished during the stay but wasn't really an issue as easy enough to get drinks from the bar anyway. As others have said, the pool area is very small and not big enough for the hotel, but it is a lovely setting. However, they do have the beach club bar which is only a 5 minute walk away and if you're all inclusive you can get tickets from reception for sunbeds and parasols at no extra cost. We did this 3 times during our stay and always sunbeds available, even in the afternoon. The beach is a bit grainy/stony but the water was lovely. Lots of sellers along the beach offering massages, sunglasses, footy tops, watches, etc, but they don't hassle you. You can use your all inclusive at the beach club bar as well for food and drink. We found the food in the hotel restaurant to be really good and plenty of choices. Two lots of fresh fish and fresh meat cooked to order on the hot plate and then different varieties of vegetables, salads, breads, more fish and meat options, cheeses, meats, soup, pasta, pizza. We never had the same meal twice. Staff in restaurant and bars were really friendly too. Entertainment was mainly singers but there was also flamenco dancers and I think a magic show but these didn't start until 9.30pm. My only comment with regard to the all inclusive was that there weren't really snacks available, it was just meals. So if you fancied a drink late afternoon and something little to eat, there wasn't really that option - would also have been nice to have ice lollies/cream available, especially as it was so hot, but that might be the norm for all inclusive hotels in that area. The hotel does have it owns carpark which they charge for if you've not booked directly with them, but just behind their carpark is a very large free carpark which we used and had no problems parking back in there on the couple of days we used our hire car. All or all, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend - don't really have any significant negatives about the resort, hotel or it's facilities.

The rooms are a good size but there is not much space to put your belongings. The bed is also rock hard and the shower sprays everywhere. The hotel is mostly very clean however, the spa had rust falling from the the vents onto the beds. Getting from the airport to the hotel was very easy and took about 1 hour 30 minutes on the transport. The atmosphere in the hotel is very calm and pleasant, most of the staff are lovely however we did find that some staff members wouldn’t really acknowledge you and could come across a little bit rude. The buffet is bog standard to be honest and drinks selection is extremely limited if you’re all inclusive. The all inclusive doesn’t start until 11am and finishes at 11pm. I would definitely say that it is overpriced for what your receive.

We booked this as we got a really good all inclusive deal from our local airport. Then we read the reviews and they were fairly mixed so we were slightly worried. Firstly the good points. The staff were generally excellent to deal with and tried to address noise concerns we had to the best of their abilities. The free sun beds and parasol at the beach,these would normally be €8 per item. The pool area and pool bar were nice and never too crowded while we were there. The food. Most reviews rated the all inclusive buffet as average and I’d say that was fair. The food was very repetitive over the course of the week so it became boring and we ate out the last few days. The quality again was average. Nothing special but it was all fine. There are all inclusive snacks and drinks available at the beach bar which means not having to walk the ten minutes back to the hotel for lunch. The bad point. Although this hotel markets itself as adults only,that doesn’t mean you don’t get noisy groups of older teenagers booking here. Unfortunately we were next to some of them. A crowd of Dutch lads. They came back most nights at 0300-0400 and put on music and invited friends back for a party. First really noisy night we hammered the wall and they quietened down. Second noisy night we called reception and she attended about 0320. We heard her knocking and saying to them that she could hear them but they initially wouldn’t answer the door. When they did she cleared the room out. Next night was the same,music,in and out of various rooms,slamming doors,climbing between balconies. A Spanish guest at about 0400 hammered their door and gave them a talking to but they just laughed at him. Broken sleeps all week which doesn’t make for a relaxing time. On one hand it’s not really the fault of the hotel if guests are noisy. Conversely,once problem guests have been identified and their behaviour challenged,if it continues they should be asked to leave. This crowd should have been asked to leave. There are good points to this hotel but overall I wouldn’t stay again. They need to identify what kind of guests they want. Booking in large groups of teenagers may well just put other guests off. The constant night time noise from other guests made the stay average at best.
