“Clean, good service and great location for couples or like me a single traveller”

Great hotel, lovely clean foyer area as you walk in and are greeted by a nice receptionist. She gave me a choice of rooms one was on the ground floor or a room on the 5th floor with a wrap around balcony. Obviously I chose the latter , the room was clean and very spacious. A double bed and a single. The mattresses were a little on the firm side, I say a little I mean they were firm but nicely made up with plain but modern bedding. The bathroom was clean, the shower above the bath was pretty powerful and the little touches of small bar soaps, shower gel and shampoo along with a comb was great. The balcony overlooked the park and a view of the mountains. To answer a few questions I had before going. There is no security deposit to pay, the safe deposit is 1.80 a day with a 5 euro refundable deposit. You can request an iron from reception and this is free on the promise to return as soon as you had finished. The food was not the greatest if you are wanting a good cooked breakfast but the continental style food on offer was plenty with danish and fruits, yogurts and cereal. If breakfast was not included I would probably have eaten out. The lunch and dinner I did not see however it was just 10 euros per menu which for a buffet style eat whatever you like I think the price is great. The pool area was clean and lots of sun loungers were available. It is not a party style hotel so don't expect stags or hen parties. It's more for the middle aged or older. The location is great, the reviews about the hill back to the hotel are exaggerated. It is honestly a gentle slope and you don't really feel you are walking up hill. On the way to the beach there are lots of restaurants and bars. The beach is maybe 10 minute walk. The old town another 10 minutes from there, maybe closer if you cut through. The strip is a bit of a walk, I did start but ended up flagging down a taxi and paying 6 euros. Honestly, I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Benidorm and this is so far the better of them.

“Not a place for Food snobs”

I'm not sure what people expect and everyone has differing opinions. But you get a nice clean friendly hotel. “A lovely experience April/May 2024”

Am extremely clean hotel. The staff and entertainment are all very nice. The rooms are a good size and so is the bathroom. There is soap shower gel shampoo and a combination complimentary. A party of 8 visitors from England and Scotland ages 23 to 71. The cocktails are very nice and the bar is reasonably priced. You can have complimentary nuts and olives with your drinks. A mix of clients however definitely no stags or hens on our visit. The restaurant food was hot and lots of choice however definitely NOT a chicken nugget kind of eatery. The coffee machine made nice coffee and the ice cream machine was yummy. Real H.P sauce a bonus for my husband. A meat station were the meat is cooked fresh. The potato salad is delicious. An assortment of salad cheese cold meats and cakes. Always a rice or pasta dish. The staircases are extremely clean and a little seating area on each level if you choose to walk. There are lifts. The hotel entrance was kept beautiful outside and in reception. The concert room is nicely decorated and furnished. The outdoor space is clean and tidy. There is a back gate which leads onto a beautiful park. The park has a gym and play area for children including a zip wire. An amphitheatre and picnic area. A ten minute walk into town to either restaurants bars shops or the strip. If the floors are wet in the town watch for the red paving they can be slippy. We booked this little getaway knowing this was a 3* hotel and had no expectations of grandeur however was pleasantly surprised of how nice friendly and clean this hotel was. Most of the clients are a little older however definitely no large noisy parties or bad behaviour. This was our first trip to Benidorm as we wanted to experience the world famous strip. Just for a couple of hours lol We heard 1 not so great review off a couple in the UK however they must have been looking for a beer swigging chicken nugget kind of place. Would I stay here again if I came back to Benidorm DEFINITELY. Would I recommend this hotel DEFINITELY. Was it value for money DEFINITELY. “Nice hotel, food is dire”

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations.
