Great hotel. There was 12 of us staying for a birthday. Check in was really easy to do, and quick to check in for 5 rooms was so easy. Staff all very helpful. Bar and reception are all great. My room key didn’t work once and they sorted it immediately, and sent someone to check it was all sorted. Rooms were great, very clean, air con worked perfectly all day long. Quiet at night. Beds really comfortable. Perfect sized room. Would have liked a fridge in the room but absolutely no issue. Food was great, plenty of it and plenty of choice. None of us struggled to eat, we had dinner once and breakfast every morning where you get coffee and juice Included but no lunch or all inclusive so not sure what that is like. Drinks really well priced. We found the clientele to be very Spanish but you’re in Spain so not sure what people expect. They were all very friendly to us and would always have a chat. My only slight criticism would be the WiFi was rubbish, but had 5g that worked throughout the hotel. Very close to old town and the beach. We went to the chaos on the strip one night and was 8€ back in a cab. Would defo recommend and stay again if I returned to Benidorm. Thanks all.

Lovely modern hotel with a wide and varied selection of food and drink choices at breakfast. The housekeeping is to a very high standard and room was cleaned every day. It is a mainly Spanish visitor hotel but the entertainment was good and it is also good value for money. Situated in the old town with approximately 15 minute stroll to the beach front but only a two minute walk to the first bar. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds. We enjoyed our stay.

“Good base for Old Town Exploring.”

We arrived on site, very quick check in, not much chat out of reception staff but it was quick and efficient and we were okay with that. The room was spotless, albeit a tad on the small side, it was just the 2 of us and more than adequate. 2 big mirrors, very comfy bed, you will need to ask for extra pillows and they are available upon request from reception. Balcony small but table and 2 chairs, with a wee drying rack attached to the wall. Blackout curtains and curtains were great, really effective. The shower is fab, very powerful, does tend to waiver in temperature a tad but not enough to freeze or roast you. Location of hotel - about 10 mins (slow walking) to the centre of Old town. Supermarket nearby and wee convenience stores even closer. We walked the the New town, easily done and not hilly or strenuous. Easy and very handy to get the Poniente Beach. Levante wasn't difficult to get too either, maybe a 15/20 mins walk max. Pool area - spotlessly clean Communal areas - spotlessly clean. Bar is cheap (coke zero and coffee was €3.50). Cleaners out every morning cleaning the rooms, changing towels making beds etc. Big up lighters from pool area come on at 9pm and went off midnight. Hence the blackout blinds being needed if you're in bed earlier. Music in the bar also stops around this time. Also, centred around the Spanish guests, but that didn't annoy us. My only major gripe, hence 4 stars, was the wall thickness. Goodness me - consider taking earplugs. The hotel as many other reviews state, has at least 85% occupancy rate of Spanish, older generation, and they do talk extremely loudly at 4am 🤦🏼‍♀️ didn't find them rude, they don't really smile or say hello when walking past, but they aren't ignorant.

The hotel is pretty good for the money. It was super clean everywhere, rooms were fairly modern, good shower and located close to old town. Some English channels in the room (bbc1/2) and lots of shops nearby (big supermarket 5 mins walk) Mix of clientele, some rowdy happy Brit’s and many old Spaniards, who were absolutely fine. Breakfast fairly simple, the cold drinks were not worth touching and the coffee was meh Pool was clean, but cold The bloody room keys. That’s the biggest problem. I’ve searched through old reviews and there are many people complaining that they don’t work. I’ve travelled a fair bit and know how to use a room card, but at last twice a day mine stopped working. In the end they sent someone to replace the batteries, but it still didn’t solve it. This seem a trivial thing to complain about, but marching up and down four flights of stairs several times a day to complain about the room key is not how I wanted to spend my time. Reception were friendly but just kept falling back on the same line of not putting the card near your phone. Infuriating! It’s the small things that you remember when writing these reviews, hence the 3 stars.
