Great experience immersing in the “Benidorm “ experience - we are both fans of the brilliant TV series. Hotel was OK for the price we paid, however I certainly wouldn’t pay the prices being asked during the more popular times. We only ate breakfast at the hotel which to be brutally honest was pretty grim - maybe the lunches and suppers were better. We enjoyed the flexibility of eating out - there are thousands of restaurants in the area.

Lol then up to my Beautiful room witch was Emaculat. Fátima Saw to that. she's a wonderful lady and do perfect.. then down to meet David c GEX Department and what a perfect gentleman he is. He introduced me to a beautiful young lady. ( Miream.) What a brutal lady she is.. than across to see my pale Luka.. the Hotel was Emaculat as always. Then into the Dining room to meet my old pal George. The dining room is spotless where as the Dining room staff are so helpful and friendly. The sheffs put on a Delishes evening meal. There so professional. So I have to say a massive thank you to David c. GEX Department for the Jobs he gave me.lol. Bell Boy. Egg fryer. Security. Peace keeper. Translater. Genaral manager. Ha Ha Ha. Thank you David. It was so nice to see my two old friends. Anna and the security officer on duty. We took it in turns chucking one another out for not having s wrist Band.lol. I spoke to another fantastic gentleman. ( Gorgi. ) The manager. I had so much fun and laughter with the fabulous Nativity team. No one is alone at this beautiful hotel. I'm a 70 year old lone traveler. So if I can join in. ? So can you. So go on. Introduce yourself to the staff. Make yourself known to them. Thay don't bite. All the wonderful staff at this wonderful Hotel are so helpful . Kind and caring. I can't wait until November when I will be Amongst you all sgain. “A lot better than we expected. Pleasantly surprised”

We stayed here for five nights purely because of the TV Sitcom Benidorm and wanted to see as much of it as possible. We stayed here for five nights purely because of the TV Sitcom Benidorm and wanted to see as much of it as possible. We opted for a Plus Room on bed and breakfast basis, our room was in the Pelicanos part of the hotel (not the Orcas part). Room was much better than I expected based upon the 3 Star rating given in the brochures/online. Very clean, nice bathroom, fridge, Nespresso type of machine alongside usual tea and coffee. Ours also came with towelling robes and slippers. Other rooms I think charge for kettles etc. Nice toiletries in the bathroom (attached to the walls like English Premier Inn), together with complimentary shaving kits which I thought you only got in UK hotels. On the downside we sometimes had to ask for replenishment of milks, sugars etc and we noticed the waste bins were not emptied every day and the drinks fridge was not re stocked. Breakfast is buffet style and plentiful, aimed at catering for the British with bacon, sausage, baked beans etc etc. alongside healthy options (fruits, yogurt, granola etc). Pastries tended to be rather heavy and dense. I’ve had a lot better, but also some worse too. We have no complaints for what we paid. Cannot comment on any other dining as we was only on B&B basis. Wristbands must be colour coded depending upon your board basis but all are mandatory to be worn around the hotel, even around the pool areas. Walls must be quite thin and not very well soundproofed as we could hear our neighbours on both sides of us and they weren’t particularly being loud either. As expected, it’s a very busy hotel with lots of turnarounds so the bedroom corridors can be noisy in the early hours, and the 5 No. lifts are very very slow to respond.

“Good value for money”

Julen and Alonso on the entertainment team were great. The Entertainment as a whole was the best hotel entertainment Ive experienced. Bar staff especially Jorge were very helpful. The food was just ok but did find something to eat each day. Rooms could use a but of tlc.
