My family room for 2 adults 2 kids and a baby was on the 7th floor with amazing views of the pool and the sea. Apartment was clean. It was cleaned every morning with fresh towels, bin emptied,bathroom cleaned, beds made and a general tidy up. We had half board breakfast and dinner was something different everyday Salad, puddings, meat all fresh and always re stocking more food. Couldn't not fault the food at all. No one got ill. Pool was lovely, water slightly cold but once your in it was fine. Spash Park and Park for toddlers are brilliant. Entertainment from 4pm with games and music. The hotel is not near the town of torrevieja however to to get the bus its -€1.55 per person/ child. A nice shop next door to the hotel and a few little restaurants next to the beech. Beach opposite hotel with rocks but if you walk down you will come across the beach with sand. Quite area and 40mins from alicante airport. Staff are super friendly at reception and bar/ restaurant and always willing to help can speak English if needed. We rented a car for a few days hotel staff helped with that. Nightlife is far in the town however have music and bands in the hotel. Great for us it was our first time abroad and we loved it. Defo would return.

All the rooms have a beautiful view of the sea. We were in a family room so it was spacious, had a fridge to keep your drinks cold. A big tv in the sitting room and one in the bedroom. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean. There was a bus stop across the road from the hotel which took you into Torrevieja and into la mata. The food was okay and plenty choice. The only negative was there was no kettle in the room.

This hotel is very clean, situated between Torre and le Mata. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel which is useful. The staff are all very helpful. This hotel is very clean, situated between Torre and le Mata. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel which is useful. The staff are all very helpful. Rooms have a safe and a fridge (junior suite) with tv in the sitting area and the bedroom. Breakfast is varied with good selection of hot and cold. however to start charging for the safe and with prices going up makes it less attractive than before. Noise can be a problem as walls are not soundproof. The wi-fi is very poor. There is free car parking outside.

Basic, clean, comfortable rooms, comfy memory foam mattresses, no in-room tea/coffee facility, but small fridge. Hand soap, shower gel & 2in1 shampoo on the bathroom wall along with shaver point/hair dryer. Nice sea front promenade down to couple restaurants/beach bars. Downside - I booked this hotel as a family member needs gluten free & hotel advertises GF menu. There is no GF menu. On our 4 night stay there was a GF roll & a couple of muffins offered on our last day at breakfast. Chef was a friendly chap, didn’t mind crisping up a bit of bacon or doing some scrambled egg for our son. There is a nice Italian restaurant a short walk along the seafront from the hotel (to the left) with a good variety of GF items too (El Italiano), friendly service & great food. We don’t have accessibility requirements, but if you do, there was plenty of special provision in the form of hotel lift, various ramps & pool lift (photo attached). The pool looked lovely, but was baltic despite the sun, so we didn’t partake! Saw a fun children’s water splash area with slide & shooting water fountains; looked quite new. The pool area was laid with soft artificial grass, which was a nice change to hot tiles. Very limited pool bar food menu, decent selection of branded drinks at reasonable prices. We had a couple of teens who played pool & table football at the hotel, plus table tennis by the pool. Nice bar with friendly staff in the evenings, as well as some evening entertainment. Lots of Spanish guests at the hotel, which is a good indication. Pool towels can be hired, safe is rented via Reception, plus you can buy a ‘minibar package’ with beer, mini spirits & soft drinks, or a ‘romantic package’ if you like prosecco. There’s a bus stop directly outside the hotel for a short ride into Torrevieja & another bus a few minutes ride into La Mata on a Wednesday for the street market & lots of sea front restaurants, bars & nice beach. Transfer from Alicante takes around 45mins & 30mins on the way back.
