“Fantastic holiday & hotel. Holiday was over too quickly.”
My experience at the excelsior hotel was outstanding. Everybody at the hotel gave excellent service & feel I have made more new friends with all the staff. I can only say, that I am really looking forward to going back to Lloret de Mar & staying at the Excelsior hotel next year, & for many years ... more

Brilliant staff. Angel on reception was really helpful and exceedingly pleasant. Fabulous location just across the road from the beech. We had a wonderful sea view room. Best value hotel that we have ever stayed in.

Comfy bedroom with nice Seaview for a supplement. But noisy, not sound proof, average food and average service at restaurant. No parking and poor and conflicting information from staffs about parking locations and costs, leading to having to go to machine at carpark 10 min walk away to add credit... more
