“A wonderful relaxing holiday.”
We had a wonderful time. Best Costa Ballena exceeded our expectations even on a second visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was excellent and we really hope to return for a third visit next year.

“Not the holiday we wanted”
This holiday was a real letdown due to the hotel. The hotel itself on some level you can’t really fault.
