“Nice family break to benalmadina”

Some of the reviews had put me off a little but I'm glad we went with this hotel in the end.this hotel is a little bit up a steep hill but I saw people with crutches etc and they just took their time.can walk straight down to beach using steps and walk along the promenade to the marina.hotel room... more

Some of the reviews had put me off a little but I'm glad we went with this hotel in the end.this hotel is a little bit up a steep hill but I saw people with crutches etc and they just took their time.can walk straight down to beach using steps and walk along the promenade to the marina.hotel room was very clean, there was sponges,comb, and shampoo and bodywash in bathroom.the beds were very hard for us.we used the provided blankets in wardrobe to make them a little more comfortable.pool was cold but that's to be expected for April but my son spent most of every day in the pool it was fine once you are in it. Staff and entertainment staff were very good.so friendly. Night time entertainment was good.Will come back again very soon.

“Great 2 week holiday”

Just got back from 2 weeks at the Bali hotel, refurb is really nice, especially the restaurant which now has a lovely outside area for meals. Room on Bali 2, rooms number 2410, lovely room which was exceptionally clean, with soap, shampoo, body wash, beds were very comfortable, only fault was tv did not work, reported this 3 times and was still not working when we left, on our last 2 night we were unfortunate to be next door to a male who thought it was okay to come in drunk at 2.30am and bang about playing loud music, however this was not the hotels fault. Food was fine, always plenty of choice, staff were very friendly throughout the hotel, always had a smile and hello when you passed. Lovely views from our room as well, so nice to sit on the balcony at times. We have already booked for a further 2 weeks in June and looking forward to it already although only returned yesterday, hopefully our next room will have a working television, thankyou for a wonderful holiday, see you soon.

“April getaway”

Just got back.. The location was very good with restaurant bars also the beach close by. Just got back.. The location was very good with restaurant bars also the beach close by. But the hill plus the steps to the hotel was horrendous we are able bodied but did struggle If you are thinking of visiting other resorts buy a bus card (from tobacco shops) it is so much cheaper this way. The hotel is very spacious bright and clean, rooms also of a good standard. A few gripes though. You have to pay for a safe in your room not many hotels do this we found this annoying, they also charge for towels to take to the pool. So we brought cheap ones nearby for 6 euros. The pools were very large and the sunbeds comfortable. Another gripe is that the opening hours are 11.00 to 05.00 pm. But while we were there nobody came till 11.00 which meant another 10 minutes shut also they started putting the mesh fencing round at 4.20 I did question this but it was just brushed aside. There was no need to do this so early they left a small gap so you can go in, but you feel caged in. My opinion only but I don't think the food was of a very good standard, it was sometimes cold and very repetitive not displayed well, thank god for the microwave. I feel this hotel caters mainly for the spainish. Unfortunately we wouldn't stay again
