We’ve just returned from our 5th holiday in a row at this hotel, and once again it exceeded all of our expectations. It has become a real highlight of our year! The food is, in our opinion, outstanding. We love the choice, and the quality is excellent. It’s one of the many reasons we keep returning! The hotel itself is kept exceptionally clean and well maintained. The pool area is lovely, and the beach front location is a huge plus. I remember not being too sure about the location before our first stay, as the hotel is not located in the centre of Cambrils. However, we really don’t mind that at all now. It’s a lovely 30 minute or so stroll from the hotel along the promenade to Cambrils, whilst there are also frequent buses with the bus stops right in front of the hotel entrance. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff. So many of them remember us each year and always greet us with such warmth and kindness. They genuinely go out of their way to make us feel welcome, and that personal touch is something you don’t, in my experience, find everywhere. We can’t wait to return!

We had another enjoyable stay and have now stayed at the hotel three times in the last year. The location by the seafront is excellent, and we’ve always enjoyed the food when staying half board. On this occasion, the food in the main restaurant was lovely, as it has been on our previous visits. Unfortunately, the rooms are now desperately in need of updating. They feel tired and dated and, in my opinion, no longer reflect the standard of the hotel as a whole. This was particularly disappointing given how much we otherwise enjoy staying here. We were also disappointed with the food at the snack bar on this visit, which was poor compared with our previous experiences. Would I stay again? Sadly, not until the rooms have been renovated. It’s a real shame, as we have enjoyed coming here and have stayed three times in the past year, but for our next visit we will unfortunately be looking elsewhere.

We recently stayed at ESTIVAL Hotel Centurion as a family and, overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the food was excellent with a good variety throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Ingrid at the reception. She was professional, welcoming, and helpful both during our check-in and at check-out. I also appreciate David, who handled one of my questions professionally and took the time to understand my concern before responding. However, there are a few things that I believe future families should be aware of. The hotel has a policy prohibiting inflatable flotation rings in the swimming pool. My children (ages 9 and 11), who are not confident swimmers, were not allowed to use them even under my direct supervision. This policy came as a surprise, so I recommend that families check the pool rules before arriving if their children rely on flotation aids. I was also surprised that the complimentary in-room coffee was provided only on arrival. Any additional coffee sachets were charged separately. In my experience, many four-star hotels replenish coffee or tea daily as part of housekeeping, so this was unexpected. Finally, while most staff members were courteous, I had one interaction at reception that I felt could have been handled in a more professional and respectful manner when I was simply asking for clarification about the parking policy. I shared my feedback with hotel management during my stay, although I did not receive a response before my departure. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the hotel’s cleanliness, food quality, and pleasant atmosphere are definite strengths. With some improvements in communication and guest service, particularly regarding the pool policy and consistency in customer care, I believe the overall guest experience could be even better.

We have just returned from another lovely week at this hotel. This was our third visit in as many years and I’m sure it wont be our last. We had great service from all the staff including the maintenance team when we had a problem with our room safe, we were moved to another room easily. The quality of the food and drinks are excellent with great choice and friendly service. My only reason for a 4 rating is that the rooms could do with a bit of an update, they were looking a bit tired and the pool area needed a bit of maintenance , loose tiles etc although it was kept very clean and tidy. I look forward to coming back. A pool view suite upgrade on the top floor would be nice!
