For the price went paid, I cant really complain. Positives: - no getting up at the cracking of dawn to get sunbeds, - very clean, - beds and pillows are very comfortable, - never had to wait long for a lift, - bathrooms and adequate size, - the food at dinner was nice only 1 night out of 8 i struggled, although not a great selection for children, - the drinks were reasonably priced, - English tv channels for the children, - location to beach and town was good - but not if you have mobility issues (youre on top of a hill). Negatives: - breakfast was poor quality, cold and the dining room was overcrowded, with everyone pushing and generally being rude, - entertainment was aimed at Spanish. Even the disney show played all the disney songs in Spainish! - on arrival they tried charging us the tourist tax on our 3 children under 8, then pleaded ignorance when I highlighted this- total con, there is no way they didnt know it wasnt payable by minors, - there isnt many English in the hotel and you're generally looked down on, it felt uncomfortable at times, - pool didnt open until 11am - kids entertainment didnt start until 9.30pm.

“Good for the beaches”

This hotel is exactly what it is. A 3 star hotel and no more. Room - 3* - it seems like all the rooms have a balcony. We were allocated one with a pool/sea view which was really lovely in the day but in the evening it is so loud above the entertainment which finishes at 11pm daily. Cleaning - 5*… more

This hotel is exactly what it is. A 3 star hotel and no more. Room - 3* - it seems like all the rooms have a balcony. We were allocated one with a pool/sea view which was really lovely in the day but in the evening it is so loud above the entertainment which finishes at 11pm daily. Cleaning - 5* - rooms were made up daily and the cleaners were so friendly, always happy to give a towel if needed or come back later to sort the beds. Location - 4* - we loved being close to 3 different beaches. La Llarga was our favourite as it was the quietest but you do need to be mobile as they are all accessible via steps or a hill. There's a couple of shops nearby and a little cafe for lunch or dinner, plus a bus stop to take you further if you want. Entertainment - 2* - don't want to be too harsh as I can see that a lot of effort went into some of the performances but they really weren't great. My daughter went, enthusiastically, to the mini disco on the first night but then the exact same mini disco with the same music and dance routines was repeated every night for the entire stay. She thought (fairly) that was stupid and wouldn't go back. Vibe - 2* - This is a tough one because it was a really mixed bag. I thought the staff weren't particularly friendly. I've noticed that other reviews have mentioned English guests not being included and made to feel unwelcome. I echo this sentiment. Whilst there was the odd member of staff who offered a smile, generally, laughter and joviality was reserved for the Spanish guests. Upon check in we were not offered a safe, or a fridge and had to go and ask. We were not given any details of the mini club for the kids. We weren't told anything about the facilities of the hotel. In hindsight, it felt like we were treated as lesser due to our nationality. Pool - 3* - The pool could be so much better. It should open earlier in my opinion. Even just 30 minutes would make a difference. They have a splashing water spout but the lifeguard won't turn it on every day. No idea why. They don't allow balls just in case they splash even though nobody cares if the kids splash. Every person on a sun lounger next to the pool had kids in the pool and just wants them happy. That being said, my daughter enjoyed it. And once a week they bring in an inflatable obstacle course which was brilliant. She said it was the best. The pool is in shade for a lot of the day which during the blistering August sun was a blessing. And no sunbed wars. Food - 3* - Whilst you will find something to eat, the food here is not great. It's generally bland and disappointing. Overall, I would say this hotel is a good place to stop if you get it for the right price and you want excellent access to beaches. That's what we used it for and it was perfect for what we needed. If you're looking for a break where you lounge at the pool and watch the entertainment, I would swerve.
