“Lovely clean apartments in Central location”

We stayed as a family of 4 in a One bedroom apartment at end of August for 8 nights. The hotel is spotless - Our apartment was spacious and had everything we needed as we were self catering. The apartment was cleaned every day - towels changed every 2 days and beds once during our stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries we had - the Entertainment team worked very hard to keep us all happy. The only negative we had was that the pool and pool area were quite small and we sometimes found it difficult to get a sunbed - so we just went to the beach instead which is about at 5 -10 minute walk away. The hotel is very well located for shops and restaurants and Portaventura Theme Park. We would definitely return

We stayed for 10 nights at the beginning of August, 2 adults, a 17 year old and a 14 year old half board. The Apartments are clean and spacious and our 1 bed apartment comfortably slept all 4 of us. The kitchen area is a decent size and has everything you need if you are self- catering - hob, kettle, microwave, fridge, crockery etc. the bathroom room is large with a walk in shower. Towels were changed every second day with the beds changed once on our 10 day visit. The room was cleaned every day. The restaurant is a good size although the selection of food is limited. That saying it is typical hotel food and we always found something to eat. Each night there was a kids selection of chips, chicken nuggets and a meat free dish; 4 meat dishes - chicken, beef or fish; sides of rice, pasta, breads etc and salads. The chicken curry is delicious. The food at the pool bar was good - baguettes, pizza, hotdogs, burgers. We skipped breakfast so can’t comment on that. The pool area is small and there isn’t enough sunbeds for all residents. However this is the same for other hotels we have stayed at. There is plenty of seating outwith the pool which we spent most days at until beds became available later in the day. We never queued for sunbeds but if that’s what people want to do then best of luck to them. One thing that is good is that the beds are monitored and if you leave it unattended for more than 30mins a note is placed on it and if you don’t return then towels are removed. If people didn’t use multiple sunbeds and parasols for their party then there would be more for others to use. The beach is 5-10min walk and there is plenty of space there. The staff are pleasant and work long hours. The guy who does the entertainment is a joy and gets everyone involved. Especially with the activities throughout the day. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would definitely return. The staff were pleasant
