“The best entertainment”

The food is extraordinary with a range of foods and flavours. The pool is nice and clean with fun and fast slides. The area is perfect with many restaurants and markets with an amusement park. And super nice entertainment Ruby, Maria, Eric

Decided to give the hotel a chance to redeem itself from last years visit. Rooms are still a little tight but manageable although a bit of the fascia fell off and hit my wife on the head, and the handle came off the door but fixed by the hotel.Food has improved considerably even if the dining experience can be a little hectic.Lifeguards warning them removing towels from sun beds left unattended another good thing implemented by the hotel.Hotel located in a fantastic spot local to both the beach and shops and portaventura.We all had a fantastic time and will use again the next time we come to Salou

We attended initially as a family of 6 with a further 2 joining us as a surprise a few days after. We arrived and had a lovely interaction with the receptionist (believe her name was Laura) and we given our room keys, we had asked if there was anyway we could have rooms closer to each other but unfortunately at that time there was non (understandable being the summer holidays) and we were told to come back down Thursday morning as there would be movement then. We arrived in our room 1140 and it was an ants den - we reported this straight to reception and asked to move rooms if the problem couldn’t be resolved. Maintenance arrived with ant spray and sprayed the corners of the room and we had to leave the room due to the smell as the air con doesn’t work if the balcony door is open. The pool was an absolute free for all, sun bed wars were madness and there was no hope of a sun bed unless you were willing to stand and queue for the doors being opened out to the pool area. The pool was greatly under sized for the sheer volume of the hotels capacity and we ended up being out the hotel everyday due to this. I went to reception Thursday morning about a room change as discussed and was told by another receptionist there was nothing the rest of my holiday and I’d have to stay in the room I was in…. we had bought my son a lamine yamal towel and 2 days after being bought it disappeared from our balcony (it was folded and under mine and my husbands towel) my mum reported this to reception and was told they’d see what they could do… never heard anything more about it. We went to have an evening meal as a family of 8 of us (it was a later meal) there were no tables of 8 so we moved a table of two onto the table of (6 they were next to one another) and a waitress came over very rudely and told us no, I questioned where we were to sit and she tried to place us on a table for 5… for 8 of us. I advised it was going to be manageable and we ended up finding our own table that we were able to squash my two children together on. On another night we were having our meal and in the middle of our dessert we again had a rude gentleman come over and tell us we had to leave as they were closed… as my husband had a mouthful of food. I understand they have to finish up but Surley there has to be a better procedure in place for this instead of being so rude and then walking away MID EATING. The rooms were very small for a family and we loved out our suitcase for the week due to lack of storage in our rooms. The food was fine, although it seemed to be mostly the same/similar foods the whole time we were there BUT there was a decent selection. Overall we made the most of the holiday outside of the hotel but wouldn’t stay here again due to the mayhem everyday, the rooms sizes/cleanliness and the rudeness of the staff (except Laura who was so so lovely)
