Family of 4. Fair & honest review. 1 week stay. Rooms: Small, nowhere to hang clothes, just a few shelves. 1 plug socket for the whole room. Balcony is a nice size but the lights automatically turn off at 11:30pm like you're in prison. We enjoy evenings on the balcony playing cards etc & it was like we were being told to go to bed. Beautiful bathroom/shower. Housekeeping is fantastic! Food: Breakfast is probably the best...lunch & evening were hit and miss...we were all inclusive and ate out 3 of the nights as there was nothing any of us enjoyed and we aren't picky eaters. Lifts: Dreadful, my Son got stuck in it and was in there for around 10 minutes...it's literally a sauna as it's all glass. We were on the 7th floor..it was awful. Pool: Meh...1 life guard with a bad attitude and the others either nap or sit on their phone. The floor always floods from the pool so it's a death trap to walk around. Entertainment: I'd say a 5/10 at a push...pool games are basic... evening entertainment is fair but again it's like as soon as it's done, it's time for bed. All inclusive: 11am - 11pm...not even coffee or juice by the pool before 11am. All in all, it's a budget hotel. As long as you're not expecting anything superb..it's fine. Id definitely visit Salou again but not this hotel unfortunately. It's a mixture of Benidorm & Blackpool.

JUST OK!! This was a budget friendly hotel so I wasn't expecting the Ritz but was apprehensive when reading some people's reviews but then again there is no pleasing some people. The lobby and bar area is clean and inviting, check in staff were pleasant enough and had no issues *5/5 Our room for a family of four was a bit tight, only one socket bring an extension lead!!! WiFi worked well and had cleaners in daily with clean towels and bed sheets *4/5 Food, we were all inclusive and the food was what we expected from Spanish all inclusive, always found something we liked, food was to an OK standard and was replenished swiftly. Different theme every day, far West was the best one, with ribs, fried chicken etc. Snack area at the pool was also ok, chips hot dogs, burgers, "pizza" kids could get lollys although you have to pay for the good ones ( again this is to be expected, seen a Karen complaining one day over the available flavours of free ice cream)All in all you won't go hungry!!! Pool, this is where it let it down for me, too small for the amount of guests, sun loungers were at a premium, apparently 9am people running to get best ones (personally I'd rather have my dignity) but we preferred to sit at the tables under the canopy anyway as we're not really sun lounger people. One of the steps to get into the pool was broken with no urgency to get it repaired. The real issue was the pigeons although I'm not sure what they can do about this maybe if the guests cleaned up after themselves like I do it would solve this problem. Pool itself was clean and my daughter enjoyed it. *3/5 Entertainment was virtually non existent, we had previously stayed in the hotel literally across the street (medplaya calypso) and their Entertainment was excellent, again this was a let down as there doesn't seem to be any efforts made to entertain guests, some days they didnt even have music playing at the pool, this isnt much to expect *0/5 Would I go back!!? Probably not but if you're looking for a cheap budget friendly holiday then it's actually not as bad as some people have said on here
