This hotel is situated in a great location if you don’t mind walking 15-20 minutes to the beach/bars. The atmosphere of the hotel is of a sophisticated, well organised establishment that prides itself in good vibes and well behaved child friendly experiences. The rooms are outdated in style and colour however it has exactly what you need, shower, bath, balcony, air con etc and cleaners that work well to present your bedroom clean everytime. This hotel is great value for money, the food is generally ok in the restaurant a good selection of meat however it could do with better seasoning for a taste sensation. Noise is great. No issues there. The entertainment team do the best they can with what they have. A little bit of money would not go a miss being spent on a new dart board, more importantly a new set of darts, table tennis equipment etc. the team however are full of energy when on shift although as a Brit I would have liked a more English spoken team. Lastly, there is one man who is a true hero that goes unnoticed. Although the pool has strict rules with a fun side and swim side the life guard maintains the safety of everyone throughout the day and by night he prides himself in ensuring his pool arena is spotless. All loungers are perfectly straight and down. All rubbish removed, sweeping up you name it. What a guy. Don’t know his name never spoke to him. Oh and for the security, I don’t want to wear my T-shirt walking to my room thanks.

Great central location, The hotel is clean and friendly with a great atmosphere at night with kids and adult entertainment throughout the day. The food in the hotel restaurant was fresh and very tasty catering to all tastes and ages. Also there is a pool side bar with good food and great staff. Would highly recommend this hotel as a family destination. Big shout out to the Animation team managed by Juan. They made all of us feel very welcome and included in all activities. Its been several days since we've been home and we all agreed this morning we miss it.

We came to the hotel with our partner and our one-year-old son, and overall we had a lovely stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were friendly, and there were definitely some things we really enjoyed. However, there are a few areas that I feel could be improved, especially for families with young children. The rooms are quite dated and, in my opinion, could really benefit from being modernised. It’s 2026 after all, and a more modern feel would make a big difference. The breakfast was quite simple. We found ourselves having beans on toast most mornings. The tea times weren’t the best either, although to be fair, we never went hungry during our stay. The biggest disappointment for us was the pool situation. There was only one pool where floats were allowed, and unfortunately, this was also the smallest pool and was always extremely busy. With a one-year-old, being able to use a float is a big part of helping them enjoy the pool safely and confidently. I really think the hotel should consider allowing suitable floats in both pools, as it meant our little boy couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as we had hoped. The entertainment team were all lovely people, and our little boy absolutely loved the mini disco. However, we would have liked to see more English-language entertainment to better accommodate British guests. The 9pm mini disco is also very late for young children. Most little ones are getting ready for bed by that time, and we actually had to wake our son up in the evenings because he loved dancing so much! I also feel the entertainment team need a little more investment from the hotel. They were doing their best with what they had, but some of the equipment really needs replacing. The dart board was absolutely destroyed, and the table tennis bats had definitely seen better days. Giving the entertainment team some money for new equipment would make a real difference and would help them provide the experience they are clearly trying to deliver. Finally, I have to give a BIG, BIG shout-out to the lifeguard. He genuinely looked like someone who loves his job. We watched him during every shift we saw him, and he was constantly keeping the pool area clean, making sure the sunbeds were properly lined up, and keeping everything looking tidy and organised. His attention to detail and work ethic really stood out to us. He deserves a huge amount of credit and recognition — an absolute asset to the hotel! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with a few improvements — particularly the pool arrangements, entertainment equipment, room updates and family-friendly entertainment times — I think this hotel could be even better, especially for families with young children.
