Located just a short walk from the beach, hoppy scooters handy for a short jump down town! Hotel nice and clean, hot shower and standard All inclusive resort beds, towels changed regularly. Pool in C block great for kids and families, and easy to get sun loungers at. Food was good, warm, plentiful, and full of healthy options. Drinks were cold and available all day until 23:00. Snack bar at the Pool was good, Oscars toasties were the ticket!! Night entertainment was fantastic, Mickey and his team put their heart into making it for the young ones while including the adults aswell! good mix of activities through the day from water polo, yoga, to face painting and demonstrations on how to make cocktails! Would book the holiday again on the back of the entertainment alone. Locker room and showers available in the hotel for check out day if flight is later on.

Basic 3* stayed in 2 bedroom apartment beds really uncomfortable. Floor tiles coming loose all way through the bungalow door wouldn't lock properly even though it looked locked . Basic 3* stayed in 2 bedroom apartment beds really uncomfortable. Floor tiles coming loose all way through the bungalow door wouldn't lock properly even though it looked locked . Food was ok just a bit repetitive. Noticed alot of people not washing hands when going to toilets its not wonder that noone got ill here the hotel dont inforce any kind of hand sanitizer in the restaurant. Drinks really poor very rarely cold and flat most of time wish I had gone half board ended up buying own out . And hotel entertainment was not really up to much. Paid nearly £4500 for 10 nights here and feel that standards could have been better . Be prepared for long waits at the bar with only one person working most times and self service is either not working or switched off . Floor tiles really slippy round pool nearly fell a few times and I was only walking slow . All in all not the best or not the worst I have stopped at . Won't return

Went as a larger family group of 12 staying in 4 chalets.(7 adults and 5 children from 8 to 82) Hotel transfer wasnt very far and on arrival we were too early for rooms so got our wristbands and went for lunch. The main restaurant is situated in the lower section of the resort and seems busy most of the time, staff on the door though organised seating once it got too busy and they constantly were collecting plates and cleaning tables to accommodate more people. the food had a general sameness on the day to day but there were specials and various foods different every day. One night for instance we had a bbq out on the balcony cooking a variety of steaks, chicken and sausages which was nice. Inside there was a pizza oven with they churned out multiple flavours each day. For breakfast there was an assortment of cereals, yogurts, fruit, pastries, porridge and of course the cooked breakfast. Drinks were self serve for both soft drinks and wines/beer. Rooms were ok in design but really lacking in maintenance, we had a lifted tile which was sharp, the upvc door had 1 hinge missing/broken and the other barely hanging on. The AC worked well and the rooms were comfortable and usable. Around the resort there were bouncing boards the bar area, the pool had split drains, the road had rotten drain covers and there was some exposed electrical cables, however the row of lights were not on so “should” have even safe. So the resort is spilt into several layers on the hill with public roadways between them, accommodation on every level and 3 smaller pools and 1 large pool in various levels too. The large pool deep end is not suitable for non swimmers in that it was well over my head (I’m 6 foot) so the shallow end was quite busy, that said this pool at 9:30 - 10 am there were still plenty of sun beds to pick from. This pool also has the main entertainment area under shade along with the snack bar and a self service soft drinks and beer machine. With regards drinks, they charge 1 euro for solid plastic cup which if going to the bar they replaced with a fresh one each time, getting the euro back at the end of the day/week as you please. The lower pool areas tended to get busy very early in that sun beds were visited by the towel brigade first thing, on our last day the first time we saw security remove towels as someone complained. Entertainment was Manager Mickey and his team of 2. Very basic stuff and not very entertaining for us anyway with the exception of the You Bet style game show night. Only 2 evenings saw an outside act come in. Kids club was about 8:30 ish and everything wrapped up quite early, the all inclusive stopped at 11pm and then is was a cash/card bar until close at midnight. Pools snack bar was hotdog, burger, chips, toastie or nachos with cheese which were vey popular, at the main pool the food and drink were separate along with the self service soft drinks if you want either not a long weight, however in the small pools, whilst a better pool there was a manned single queue only so at lunchtime if you wanted a drink, you queued with all the foodies. So the 3 levels were a bit of a distance over the hill which was an issue for my father law at 82, his chalet was at the bottom so food and pool was ok, but evening entertainment and the only night bar was as the top. We could have hired an electric scooter/buggy if needed. The hotel is directly under the flight path of incoming planes and surprisingly busy airport with planes very often, which was then noisy and also children constantly looking up where they flew from. The local area has some shops including a good size supermarket and also a Brit food shop. Just below the hotel on Tuesday and Saturday a local market selling the usual items, quite a large market but very repetitive. The beach is a 10 minute walk with golden sands and when tide is out there is a very large area of shallow water which is ideal for playing around. Next to the beach is a small marine which has fishing and catamaran trips. Also is a scuba diving school which has both boat trips and a local orientation dive which is helpful if you haven’t been for a while - as i love diving i went on a couple of great dives. Weather was very hot being plus 30 degrees all week and hitting mid 30s towards the end, however its not called the windy isle for nothing with a cool breeze most of the time, very nice when out and about but was “cold’ on the first night with people wearing hoodies late in the evening, also a bit chilly around the pool for a few minutes when wet, but the sun soon took over. Overall i enjoyed the sun, swimming, food and drink with a relaxing time off, the kids were a little bored and the elders struggled to move around the resort. I have already done Tenerife and now here, probably wouldn’t choose the island again and if we did would not come here again - not a negative but there were nicer looking places when looking around. However if al you need is sun and free flowing drinks then it’s a nice place to be.
