Just got back from week all inclusive Pro.. Lovely apartments we had pool view although dated didn't effect our stay, food was lovely and the staff were amazing, room cleaned every day towels changed and always very helpful, close to europa center brilliant foe kids and taxis plenty of then never had wait. Con. Well if going kids just be mindful there were mardi Margaret's round pool (dutch Germans) who kept tutting and dirty looking us and kids cos they was playing in pool (it's what there for) and same at dinner staring and pulling faces) I feel if they didn't want a child friendly hotel go else where. Says don't reserve sund bed they was out 7 every morning doing this nothing got said. The shower you got 10 mins hot water that was limit when family 5 is not good at all. No floats in pool either so just heads up if thinking fetching one. No entertainment either just drag act 3 days week nothing for kids. We did enjoy our stay but wouldn't go bk to this hotel we booked better one for next year for everything kids and ourselves need. Thank you to the restaurant staff you were amazing with kids you made our holiday.

We have just returned from two weeks here. This is a budget hotel so if you are expecting a 3* experience or above then please book elsewhere as you definitely get what you pay for here. We booked bed and breakfast but only ate in the restaurant twice during our stay as the food wasn't to our liking. The beds are comfortable but the apartment itself is very dated and could do with a refurb. The balconies are overlooked so don't expect privacy whilst using them. The shower was very low pressured and ran out of hot water very quickly but once we got used to that and sussed out the time spent in the shower etc. it was fine. The cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly, towels and bedding were changed very regularly. We used the hotel mainly as a base as we went out and about, hired a car and explored the Island. Please note that guests are up extremely early putting their towels down to reserve sun beds around the two pools! We couldn't be bothered with all that idiocy and we prefer the beaches anyway but there were some frustrated people who were unable to get a sunbed because of this behaviour! The hotel is ideally located if you like to go to the Europa Centre as it is only a short walk to the centre down an alleyway located next to this hotel. Very convenient for that. Lots of bars, restaurants & entertainment venues to be found here. Taxis are not too badly priced but we hired a car to explore. This was also very reasonably priced. I can recommend a trip to Firgas and Guayadeque if you get the chance. We had a lovely holiday but wouldn't stay at this particular hotel again.

“Typical get what you pay for”

Stayed here 12th jan for a week as a couple all Inclusive. Couldn't check in til 3pm which we were aware of so took advantage of the bar and had lunch at the hotel. There was always something to fancy all meal times but some were repetitive even though there were themed nights. The apartment was quite clean on arrival and was done usually daily although the shower area was quite dirty on arrival and didn't seem to be cleaned for the whole stay. The bed sheets were only changed once for the whole of our stay. This is our 4th stay here over a number of years and although we saw improvements in the food and choice, the housekeeping had declined. All in all we enjoyed our stay it was very pleasant, the food was ok, housekeeping could be better and the price for a winter break was good so no complaints really.
