I have been coming to the Interclub for over 10 years now and will probably do so for the next 10. I was here in Dec for 2 weeks then in January for another 2 weeks. Once again everything was perfect, the room I requested was given so a big thanks for that. Food was very good, pools excellent, the staff were excellent and a shout out to all the staff who remembered me from past visits, ( normally twice a year) but a special mention to Beatrice, Paco, Alexandra and Nestor at the pool top bar. You guys rock! Also a massive shout out to Bobby and the animation team who always do a great job, with the guests and in the shows and the team rwally enjoy working together. love the location of peace and quiet but minutes from beaches or a short taxi to the town. I use a car when here and use the hotels car park. Once again thank you and my next 3 trips are already booked for December 2024, January 2025 and April 2025. Can't wait to return Ricardo, (as know to the Interclub Team) (Richard!)

It's always a positive start to any holiday when you receive a warm friendly welcome from the hotels reception. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious and with a sea view. Lots of toiletries provided, robe and a coffee machine. The grounds were extensive, clean and well maintained. Plenty of pool space, sunbeds but lacking a bit in the number of parasols available especially for the amount of families needing shade for children. Bar area busy, good selection of drinks. Be extra careful around the steps coming back to pool as they are lethal! Entertainment team work really hard, and put on decent shows. It's hard to please everyone. Restaurant is very busy at certain times and can be incredibly noisy. Really good selection of food drinks, even the fussiest of eaters should find something. Food hot, and regularly checked and stocked up. Massages on site are very good and reasonably priced. Location is up on a hill, but there is a courtesy bus, and taxis are reasonably priced. All in all a very good hotel, good value for money and we definitely will be back. Thank you to all the hard working staff for making our stay so memorable.

Really lovely stay with our two young boys. Hotel is ideal for families with lots of green spaces, outdoor park, choice of pools, beach short walk away, fantastic entertainment team and good sized rooms for families. Plenty of space around the pools and highly commend the hotel for closing off the pool area until 9am. Only thing we found odd was the lack of parasols which was difficult with a fair skinned 4 year old. Family room was modern, clean and some nice touches such as children’s abacus and pop up play tent. Bathroom was a little dated compared to other 4*s we’ve visited in the Canaries but this didn’t bother us too much. Food is varied and as you’d expect for 4* buffet AI style. We were more than happy with what was on offer and seemed to cater for most tastes. Fresh cooking every night and variety of meats/salads/fish etc. Our children always found something they enjoyed. Staff were all friendly and would always smile or say hello on passing. Sometimes the bar could be busy in the day with long queues as only one bar appeared to be open during the day. We did notice increased staffing throughout the week so this was obviously noted by the hotel. All in all, we had a great holiday and felt it was good value for money. Would stay in a Lopesan again.

Very nice complex, lovely room, spotlessly clean everywhere.staff work very hard to keep rooms and public areas clean. Restaurant offers good choice for breakfast lunch and dinner. Definately worth upgrading to the AI plus.only went for 4 nights to look for my daughter with her 2 children and was pleasantly surprised at the amenities on offer. My only concern that there is no lifts and even though the Family rooms based on the ground floor there are a number of steps to go down then up more steps to reach some of these rooms and as there is no consierge found it a struggle lugging cases around. I would recommend for young families with small children
