Recently stayed here with my partner, wasn’t expecting much at 3*, however it did not disappoint. The food wasn’t bad at all, I’m a really fussy eater and I was fed daily and always had options. Some days were better than others with the selection but nothing to complain about, always chips on offer, or salad, or pasta. They also cooked food fresh in-front if a station in the main food hall and also had snacks available throughout the day which consisted of burgers, toasties, chips, salad etc. The drinks were readily available with friendly staff and nothing was ever too much. We was put on the 4th floor, which was a bit sickening looking down off the balcony, but you soon get used to it. The lifts were very slow but we eventually got there, and there was stairs to opt into if you was able too. The rooms were cleaned daily, the beds were average, the water went off a few times while we stayed which seemed to be at peak times. The showers were okay and bathrooms okay too with fresh towels provided daily. the banging doors constantly from other people wasn’t ideal but you get over it. There was access to a safe at an extra cost. The room had a tv in if you just wanted to relax a little. The only complaint I have is the smell of poo outside the hotel daily, this is by no means the hotels fault as a truck came to empty everyday so the smell soon went as the truck had done its rounds. The beeches were unreal and so calm and relaxing, within walking distance there was 3 beeches, walk a little further and we found a further 4 beautiful beeches. If you don’t want the party life but somewhere nice and relaxing I would recommend. Some great bars and places to eat close by and also some great shops and supermarkets. Only attended the entertainment twice but that was a working progress considering it was just the start of the season. The day entertainment lady outside where the pool was, she was a great vibe, I’d only love to have the energy she had daily. Had a fantastic stay considering it’s only 3*, and stayed in much worse that had a ‘better’ rating.

After reading some reviews about this hotel it makes you wonder what it's going to be like.hotel was clean towels changed every day.plenty of choice for breakfast sausages omelette fried eggs boiled eggs and all usual what you would want.we could always find something to eat.also snack bar was very good with toasties burgers chips and hotdogs.found the beer was ok spirits not great.its in a good location not far to walk to bars and restaurants.

“A true 3 star hotel - clean, cheap and cheerful (No frills)!”

A good value family holiday for 7 days in Spain for just over £1k in May. Large hotel, not that much to do on site (2 pools - large, deep pool and “baby pool” and football pitch. Despite there not being that much to do at the hotel - great location, walking distance to everything! Supermarket/cash point - 1 min walk. Beach 3-5 min walk Restaurant/bars 5-10 min walk. Airport transport: Tui bus from airport, easy and relaxed experience (30-50 mins) Communication great via Tui app. Check in: Fast, efficient and all staff speak good English. Hotel Food; Standard all inclusive, as you expect - lots of British food selections. To be honest, not our cup of tea really food as adults but when holidaying with kids - all inclusive is easier and cheaper. Breakfast; Wide selection Inc daily full English. We ate out twice as like to experience authentic cuisine: Highly recommend both restaurants: 1. 2. Sunset; I’m told the best place to catch the sunset is in San Antonio (Taxi €50 - 100 each way) or 2 buses approx 1 hour away via taxi, longer on bus. Cafe Mambo was recommend but with young children and being on the other side of the island - wasn’t feasible on this occasion. However the sun sets around 7pm, so we were at the pool til after 6pm most nights, as it was still warm! Plus missed all the restaurant queues for dinner! Excursions; We went on Tui’s excursion (Medieval castle/market tour) Coach trip where we visited the old town for approx 4 hours (Approx €80 for 2 adults, 2 kids) It was great to see the “real” Ibiza - capturing, stunning panoramic views of Ibiza for the highest point (The famous castle, sorry forgot name!) We wondered around, shopped a little (very expensive) visited a local cafe/restaurant and sat outside for drinks. Hotel Entertainment: Kids club (Hut by baby pool) so you can be close by whilst kids are inside playing in there. Elena (Animation team) was INCREDIBLE - she really made our holiday. She engaging with the children, they both loved her. She organised activities for the kids in the hut (colouring, drawing etc) for when it got too hot. But what my kids loved the most - Elena playing in the pool with them. She’s a real natural with kids, and the feeling is reciprocated. If Elena wasn’t there our holiday would have been a completely different experience for our kids. Evening Entertainment: Kids entertainment: Mini disco most nights - Kids loved it - Parents endured it! Haha. Adult entertainment: Something on most evenings (Bingo, Quiz, Karaoke) the usual all inclusive entertainment. Not really our cup of tea, but can manage a couple of hours. Staff: All staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Laura (mostly behind the bar in the evenings) in the restaurant - she was always so smile, happy and talkative. She really made the dinner time a happy experience for us all. Hotel Reps: Both young ladies were fantastic ! Knowledgeable about the area, helpful and friendly. An asset to Tui. Hotel cons/improvements; Walls extremely thin, we had a baby crying most nights (appreciate it can’t be helped) but next door was located adjacent to our room, and we could hear everything. Some hotel noise in the evenings - again can’t be helped. Door banging: Constant sound of doors banging (the doors are solid and heavy) We were on Floor 3 of 5 (opposite escalator) - during the evening, constant noise, guests up and down the stairs. A SIMPLE/ ideal solution would be - SIGNAGE! On the corridors/ lift & on the back of each room door to remind guests to keep volume levels low. Perhaps if your room is down a corridor you may not be affected? Overall, not a major inconvenience as when on holiday you can catch up on a nap in the day! Others may find this very off putting, so if you’re a light sleeper or have sleep problems - I would 100% reconsider booking her just based on the noise levels. Wi-Fi; Overall Wi-Fi throughout hotel and room ok - I managed to work for a few hours each day but it is slow. General browsing would be adequate. Although, guests on floor 5 were complaining of no WiFi? This would have been an issue for us, but thankfully being on floor 3, we were ok. Recommendations: Visit the old town, whether with Tui excursion or solo trip. It’s stunning! Vivi’s Ice Cream: In the Old town. Authentic, premium ice cream. Overall view of Coral Beach: A true 3 star hotel - Cheap and cheerful, suited our family of 4 (kids 12 & 7) No frills, but clean. Just over £1k for 7 days in Spain, all inclusive at the beginning of May - You get what you pay for, therefore can’t grumble! Wouldn’t stay there again, purely because we like to visit new countries and never go back to the same hotel twice (unless it’s out of this world)
