Stayed at Brisa hotel from the 30th September until the 7th October was worried as iv never stayed at a 2 star hotel and wanted some where cheap so I could do more activities on the island . Stayed at Brisa hotel from the 30th September until the 7th October was worried as iv never stayed at a 2 star hotel and wanted some where cheap so I could do more activities on the island . This hotel is not a 2 star I’d give it a 4 star easy! Very clean rooms lovely reception area. very lovely receptionist and great bar staff and the cleaners are so nice and well mannered made sure we had everything we needed at all times! The food was nice and at a reasonable price and the balcony was a really good size the aircon in rooms was outstanding. I really don’t understand why this hotel is rated a 2 star as iv stayed in 4 stars that have not been as good as this hotel. Walking distance is only 10 minutes away from hot spots like cafe mambo and cafe del mar the whole of the sunset strip . There are little supermarkets about 3 minute walks from the hotel . Perfect Ibiza hotel location. Thank you !!

“No frills hotel with chilled vibes ”

Came to this hotel in 2009 and returned 2023 it’s improved a lot. Group of 10 girls. Check in was fine. Came to this hotel in 2009 and returned 2023 it’s improved a lot. Group of 10 girls. Check in was fine. Took a while scanning passports etc but that was expected. €50 deposit for each room which we got back on the last day (except my friend that lost her key 🤦🏻‍♀️) hotel is nice and chilled. Really quiet through the day comes alive at night. We had our music blasting every night so did other rooms so don’t stay here if you are thinking of sleeping as it’s definitely a loud hotel. There was an English woman on reception seen a few bad reviews about her? She was nothing but lovely. Gave us a little tell off a few times but was always light hearted. The guy with the patch was the biggest problem 🤣 locked us out one early morning and would only let us in if we promised to be quiet (we were returning from a club so didn’t need it tbh) also one young guy on the bar that would charge each of us an extra €1 per drink for the plastic cup? Would make sense if you had it refunded upon return but on the next drink he would change the cup and charge again! No other barman did it so I genuinely think he’s pocketing the extra. In the end we stopped ordering drinks until someone else was on shift as we were losing so much money. Cleanliness in rooms very poor. We were there a week and sheets werent changed once. I got make up on my bed the first night and requested them to be changed but this was refused. They do give you towels every day and clean bathroom but that’s about it. Bed was ok. Room could do with stronger lightbulbs. Nightmare to get ready in the evenings really dim. Bar food wasn’t the best my friends had cod and chips and they were fish type chicken nuggets and tasted horrible. Tortillas are wet and sloppy. Best food was the pizzas. For the price I would definitely go back.

Couldn’t fault the hotel. Reception staff and bar staff lovely, very friendly. On arrival have to pay €50 tax per room but get this back when leaving providing no damage/loss of keys etc. Vending machine with snacks and cold drinks there 24/7. Shop right outside of hotel. Not a far walk from strip and takeaways, roughly 10-15 mins. Food was lovely from hotel, we bought food from the bar as we weren’t all inclusive. Bar open until midnight everynight. Rooms looked exactly like the photos, very reasonable for the price. Sheets and towels changed everyday. Very clean environment. Rooms also have a hair dryer that’s very powerful. Air con free and good although wouldn’t recommend leaving on overnight as not great for your chest. Wifi also free upon request for password at reception. Safe available for extra cost although wasn’t sure of price as we didn’t get this. Only downside to the rooms was that there is no fridge, which is frustrating, but as mentioned, vending machine downstairs, bar open late who will give you a cup with ice if request for your room, and also shop close by to buy ice. Hotel can be loud, particularly at night, but it’s adults only and local to bars so you cannot expect anything less. Reception happy to book taxi’s, costs approx €30 to main events and clubs, ie. Ushuaia, Hi ibiza, amnesia etc. Overall lovely hotel and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for our girls holiday in July. 2023. Was great and couldn't really fault it especially for the price. The rooms were clean and got new towels everyday. The rooms are slightly dated but I think the rooms on the top floors ave been renovated. Pool bar was amazing we ate here most days... more

The rooms are slightly dated but I think the rooms on the top floors ave been renovated. Pool bar was amazing we ate here most days they have a good variety and is very reasonably priced. The bar staff were also lovely and willing to help. Have to pay a 50 euro fee when you get there which has to be in cash but you receive that back when leaving. The only annoying thing which was annoying was the keys for the room as they were quite large and annoying to carry around and lock the doors with
