We were recommended this hotel by friends who stayed here 2 years ago they couldn’t praise it enough so we decided to book for both our birthdays and 2nd year wedding anniversary. The hotel is in a lovely bay and is in a great location, all staff work very hard and are very polite and friendly, rooms are attended to every day and the hotel is very clean and modern. We paid etc for a superior room with sea view which we booked through TUI but I wouldn’t pay the etc price again. The room was advertised to have a coffee machine and mini bar which was not the case, we had a kettle and was supplied with one days worth of coffee/tea which was never replenished during our 7 day stay, if you ask at reception they will give you a selection in a ready made up bag. We were all inclusive but unfortunately ate out most of the time due to the poor selection of food on offer, which added etc expensive on to our holiday, we also talk to other guests who also complained about the quality of the food, during our stay the hotel had very large groups of Austrians guest staying, there was at least 20 people per group, this could be a reason the food quality was down graded due to the vast amount of people they had to cater for at the time, these guests did seem to get priority with reserved tables day/night. If you have booked a superior room you get to use the upper level area of the pool which has its own pool, we didn’t bother as we found the lower level nicer, be aware though you have to pay and reserve to use the Bali beds, which is just a way for the hotel to make a bit etc out of you, I saw a few couples asked to move due to this even though the area was empty and not getting used, there was no signage in place at the time notifying the guests of the charge. We had a nice break away we made the most of our stay, but I would not recommend this hotel to others or come back myself again.

Overall the hotel and staff were lovely. The food was very limited as it was buffet style and was almost the same for lunch and dinner and there was only one restaurant open and a very limited bar menu. As we were all inclusive I checked with Jet2 and with the hotel directly before we arrived to make sure all the restaurants and facilities were all open as we were visiting early in the season and was assured they were. This was not the case. Apparently since February there have been coach loads of Austrian OAP tourists arriving each week on subsidised holidays which had a huge impact on meal times as there were so many people, a rota system was in place and the noise was unbearable not to mention the queues. In the evenings they mostly sat in the bar area playing cards or board games so didn't quite have the vibe we were expecting. I would like to mention Manilo and his bar team Carlos, Natalia, Felix, Mario and Ruben and Fatima and the restaurant team,Jasmine in customer relations and the wonderful Valentina, all worked their socks off trying to keep everyone happy and for certainly making our stay a whole lot better considering the circumstances. Also if you chose to upgrade to a sea front view as we did, be aware that there is a lively bar next door to the hotel . The pool area was kept lovely and clean and there were plenty of sun beds too.
