“Repeat Holiday Resort ”

This Was the second time we've been to this hotel although the rooms & the Food were as good as 2018 the entertainment wasn't anywhere near as good & the all inclusive drinks & ice creams were a lot less than before

Basic but ok. Clean & good location. The resort is lovely , but this is definitely the worst hotel there. All others look lovely. Pay a little more to stay elsewhere. The taking your cup back thing is a little annoying, but makes sense & stops any mess around the pool so I can see why they do... more

The taking your cup back thing is a little annoying, but makes sense & stops any mess around the pool so I can see why they do it. Best thing was the entertainment team. Food wasn’t great at all, ate out more than in.

So it's not all bad but this hotel is just ok .... I have no idea how it's 4.5 star on here though. Good points - the staff are great and inside is generally clean. I wouldn't come to ibiza again in October (I look for this on reviews!) As the weather is not that great. There is sun but it's quite windy and cold in the evenings. Jumpers needed and jeans etc. (Nothing the hotel can do about this of course) Unfortunately for me I wouldn't come back. The pools are absolutely freezing - the sea is warmer. Also there is rubbish left around the pool and in the bushes which can be seen. You also have to have your own Beach towels with you. The toilets for the pool (ladies) area aren't always clean... one has a lock broken and the other has a light that switches off when you're using the toilet! The sun beds aren't the comfiest but always lots available. The kids club is a dingy cabin inside the play area. I personally don't think it's very secure. The gate is left open and there was only one member of staff the morning my kids tried it (who was 15 minutes later than when it said it opened) They wanted to leave after 10 mins. The evening entertainment is ok. The animation team work hard and our kids enjoyed the disco and joining in with the dances. They do stuff throughout the day as well but I don't choose to do these activities lol the evening entertainment was not too bad either. I'm gluten free so breakfast is very limited unless you want meats and cheeses and salad stuff. The yoghurt is disgusting and the kids choices are limited for all meals. They had pancakes one day and that was the only day my kids actually ate more than a mouthful at breakfast. There weren't even bananas available most of the time. They do have a gluten free roll available - it takes 5 minutes to cook so don't get your soup before you ask or it'll be cold by the time the roll comes. I bought my own bread with me (thankfully) and the queues are so long for food that if you toast some bread and want eggs on top by the time you queue up for the eggs your toast is cold or vica versa. You can't just get eggs as you get disapproving looks from every person in the queue!! The queues at lunch and dinner are just the same. Soooo long. That being said you WILL find something to eat. Stuff is labelled as gluten free and the soup is always vegetarian and gluten free. There is always salad and meats/cheese available. It could be so much better. Drinks - gluten free beer is not available on the all inclusive (€1.80!) which is what I drink so I spent around £70 on drinks for the week! Unreal for an 'all inclusive'. Also you have to pay for bottled water (€2!) You have to pay €1 for a cup which if you leave by accident is swiped up by the staff pretty quickly so you have to pay for another cup. You get a voucher for the cup when you give them back in before you go to bed. The hotel is fairly safe for kids though. Mine enjoyed playing in the park and my lad enjoyed playing footie. The rooms are dated but fine. We didn't have a refurbished room (4th floor) so no tea making facilities. We had a family room but 2 of the beds weren't comfortable for me personally (quite hard). Bedding is clean though and extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe. Plenty of storage for unpacking clothes if you like to do that. Shower was fine and there is hand wash and body wash/ conditioner in the room too.
