First time at this hotel and it was amazing we upgraded to a junior suite and never stayed in any room like this one had double of everything even 2 TV ideal if can't agree what to watch we only used one half of the room it had 2 balconies you have a pool and bar and can use the one across the road the food was lovely always found something to eat maid service 5 days a week very very clean all staff was 100% keeping everything clean the rooms had microwave kettle and fridge in and cups and glasses in the junior suite only issue was the entertainment was very poor only good Act was on the Saturday before we left it was closing on the Sunday for a few weeks to let work be done to extend the reception and dining area the entertainment area could do to be extend we will be back we had a lovely relaxing time junior suite is well worth upgraded all open plan hope entertainment is a little better

“Pleasantly surprised with this hotel!”

This is a late review. We stayed here in May 2023 for a short stay. It was a good deal for 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. We were allocated rooms next to each other, great. The rooms were very clean, much bigger than expected with a big living area for 2 people. You can tell it was self catering in a previous life. Rooms were cleaned regularly and to a good standard. Compared to what we are used to, the restaurant was small and food selection limited. HOWEVER, the food was to a very good standard and we did not have a bad meal here at all. In fact, we enjoyed most, if not all of the meals we had here. We tried everything. On our arrival, we arrived very late, and restaurant was closed. But the management team laid on some basic food for us. Again, this was sufficient and was good given the that it was about 11pm. The pool is fine for the size of the hotel. it is salt water and the temperature was on the cooler side, but once you get used to it. Its fine. Its relatively close to walk into CT. About 15 mins to the start of where the shops/bar etc start to appear. Always nice in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would we stay again? Yes we would, great little hotel.

“Lovely adult only hotel.”

Lovely apartment, we stayed on the premier suite side. Extremely clean housekeeping were there every day, staff lovely, plenty of food at a good quality. Only complaint no cake severed at the pool bar for afternoon coffeeand cake ! Fresh snacks cooked to order and amazing fresh salads at the pool.

I would say, don't bother with the upgrade as there is work going on over that part, so maybe their views are very different. Have had a lovely weeks stay, was a little apprehensive after all the negative reviews. I would say, don't bother with the upgrade as there is work going on over that part, so maybe their views are very different. Room is huge, with separate bedroom and living room / kitchen and a fairly good size balcony overlooking pool. For a 3 star that is an amazing plus! Very clean and bright. Got to say was nice and quiet with no roudiness or disruption. There has been plenty of food withots of choice (but could be warmer). All in all a good week and so long as you come with not expecting 5 star for 3 star price you won't be disappointed. Excellent for 3 star!
