Just returned from a fantastic 5 night stay. I was very impressed, the hotel is very clean, staff are amazing and so helpful, food is fresh and top quality with so many choices to suit all tastes. Mylos restaurant is a fantastic experience, so please book if you get the chance. Rooms are very spacious and ours was cleaned everyday during our stay. Hotel is in a fantastic location, next to the beach and surrounded by lots of nice bars and restaurants. Jable beach bar was a favourite. As for the hotel staff everyone was fantastic but a special shout out to Santiago, Marcos, Carlos and Tommy who kept us topped up with drinks and to Rosemary, Irene and Danny from the entertainments team. Will definitely return

We have just got home from a week long stay. The hotel staff are lovely and really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a junior suite which was big and had lots of space, including a large terrace. Food wise - we always found something that we enjoyed, the salads are lovely and there are lots of choice of meat and fish options. For the cost of our holiday we were really pleased and would recommend if you want somewhere relaxing, not loud and noisy and most importantly lots of sunbeds available at any time of the day!

Check in was ok, not great but OK, the room they gave us was poor, we had asked for either pool or sea view, the view from the terrace was the outdoor stage or reception, but fair play, we asked at reception and they moved us the following day. Breakfast was far too busy and noisy, food was ok, except maybe the battered broccoli 🤔 pool area was very busy, lots of sunbeds crammed in and most of them reserved before 9am. Fantastic location with easy access to the beach cafés and restaurants, staff were friendly enough and the room was very good. Would go back again as the location is great

The Hotel had just been taken over by THB and not before time. The hotel is in need of a overall to bring it up to a 4 star. Check-in - good staff on reception and always smiling and very helpful. Room booked a double pool facing. Quite small but modern and faced the pool as requested. Pool area decent sunbeds and plenty of them. But if you want a particular spot put them down when u go to breakfast. Restaurant - way way too many tables and chairs in there. Not easy to get into your seat without joining another table, Needs another one or extend the existing one. So a bit hit and miss if you can find a seat. Food normal all inclusive so average on that point. Out side eating area and pool bar - late breakfast and drink average all inclusive. Help yourself to soft drinks/coffee etc. The Irish bar on the outside of the hotel - needs closing and a full referb broken seats, tatty decoration and slow bar staff at times but the young girls doing waiter service tried their best. Drinks ok nothing to write home about. Around the hotel we had high winds for a few days and this brought all the white paint off the hotel walls an all around the hotel was covered in this looked really bad and covered the floors etc. All in all looks so much better in pictures. The location is good but a 3 star . Would I return probably not unless its done out. Met some lovely people though so that made up for it.
