This was our second visit to the hotel & probably even better. Welcomed back upon arrival. Had requested the same room as last year, got one next door. Thank you! The hotel location is perfect for us and we love the view from the sea view suite. So relaxing & peaceful listening to the sea. Everywhere is incredibly clean. All staff are very friendly & hardworking. When we needed help when I was unwell the service was fast & efficient & was very much appreciated thank you. Always got sun beds by the pool. We went all inclusive but ate out a few times as that is our preference. The food choice was great & always found something to eat. The reviews vary so much but it is a buffet & not an al a carte restaurant! The hotel provides excellent facilities for value for money. Again friendly staff & good service. We decided to use the spa this time & what a hidden gem! Had the whole place to ourselves for a couple of hours. What a treat & so relaxing. A fabulous 8 night stay & look forward to seeing you again in September.

We are still here at the hotel. I’d read bad reviews about the food before we came so I was quite concerned.. Absolutely no need. I’m quite a fussy eater and I’ve not gone hungry. We have gone half board. Food delicious… and warm!! We normally have to buy our water to go with our tea, but not here… even HB guests can have either still or sparkling water for free! We have a beautiful sea view room on the 5th floor- it’s clean, comfy and quiet. All you can hear is the sea and flip flops going past. The room has a free safe, and free pool towels which can be changed daily. You just have to hand them back into reception at the end of your stay! We had a couple of silly room problems, but nothing was too much trouble for the staff- it was sorted immediately. The Reception staff, buffet/waiting on staff and cleaners are all so pleasant and helpful. The pool…even though a bit chilly when you first get in, is fab. There are plenty of sun beds, and it’s all kept beautifully clean. I can’t fault it at all! If you like to be in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of a resort… here isn’t the place as it’s quite a walk away. A nice steady walk will take about 40 mins. But there is a lovely promenade that takes you all the way into the centre and beyond. It’s a perfect walkway for push chairs and wheelchairs! It’s a very inclusive resort. Most shops and bars have ramps into them. We came here to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday, and I’m glad we chose here! Even though he only got a chocolate from the hotel 😂 I do believe we will return!!

We had a sea view which was breathtaking, and the room was spacious and pleasant. We were very pleased. We loved the fact that it was in a quiet area. It was busy but not overcrowded, so we didn't have problems finding sun beds when we needed them. Every morning staff were cleaning the pool and the area around it.The food is buffet style and there is plenty of choice, salads and fresh fruit regularly available. Cooked foods were also available, for example porridge in nthe mornings and soup for the evening meals, plus cooked eggs (boiled, scrambled, omlets, fried), bacon, baked beans, even fried bread. In the evening the hot food varied. Our only problem was eating too much. My only slight niggle was about non-dairy products. By the fourth day they ran out of soya yogurts, nor did they have any sorbet. Soya milk and Oatmilk were available most meals and fruit made it easy to have something. There were shows first for chldren and then for adults up until 10.45 each evening. The bar near the lobby served good cocktails. I'd go back there, it had a luxurious feel.

Last day tomorrow.as I write I am listening to loud laughter and loud voices coming from the bar terrace: very pleasant for those involved but not so for those trying to get to sleep at just before midnight! All in all the hotel is not as good as last year. Accomodation, pool, drinks all ok still but food is not as good. I suppose allowances have to be made for it being mass catering but allowing for that the food is still bland, Luke warm and of limited variety. I presume they have been given a great deal on tinned sardines as they are and virtual ever present. The equally ubiquitous pasta dishes are "disappointing", luckily there are written clues to the contents of the pasta dishes as it would be very difficult to establish exactly what they were otherwise. You will not go hungry at the hotel but you won't have memorable dining experience either. Most other aspects of the hotel are reasonable and most people seem happy though the comments on the food are generally similar to the ones I have expressed. I won't be returning I'm afraid.
