“Great family time!”

The hotel was very comfortable and a great experience for kids. The food was great, staff very friendly and animation team did a great job! We were in a separate section with its own pool, plenty of chance to relax and swim. Our kids enjoyed the food, animation and visits very much.

This is our third stay at Relaxia Olivina. We discovered this gem of a hotel last year and although we've stayed at a few others on the island over the years with higher ratings, now given the choice I wouldn't stay anywhere else. In my opinion you cannot beat Relaxia Olivina for the combination of good facilities, great activities and all round good value for money for an all inclusive holiday. The desk staff are very welcoming and always happy to help. We arrived just in time for dinner but the hotel will make up a plate of food and keep it for you if you are scheduled to arrive after 9.30pm. The food is good quality and there is always enough variety on offer featuring some themed evenings during the week, for example Mexican night. We really enjoyed our stay in the main hotel building, a room with a balcony and a pool view. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Another big plus is good WiFi coverage throughout the hotel and it's free. Gardens are beautifully landscaped. Fantastic hotel location very close the beach and easy to walk to the shops and restaurants in Puerto del Carmen. Relaxia has 3 glorious pools to choose from, one of which is heated and there is never a problem finding a sun lounger even at busier times. The animation activities are brilliant and the very talented team is very engaged with all the guests. Big thanks to Amelia and the team for the friendly welcome and all their hard work. We enjoyed aqua aerobics, water polo, morning stretch class and a great programme of evening shows. There is a full range of activities on offer throughout the day every day including beach volley ball and archery, cookery and cocktail demonstrations amongst other things. There's also a lovely kids club for children up to the age of 12. Another fantastic feature of Relaxia is Power Swimming School. Miri Power offers swimming lessons daily, at very competitive rates for all levels of swimmer. Miri is an international qualified swimming instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience in the UK as well as in Spain and the Canary islands. She teaches to a very high standard, making lessons fun and achieves amazing results in a just a few lessons. My son has taken lessons with Miri on every visit, learning great technique for front and back crawl, breast stroke and butterfly, diving and life saving skills. Really recommend Miri, you are never too old to improve your swimming technique. Overall, another fantastic holiday and we'll be returning in August 2024!

We are on the last night here and we feel really sorry our holiday is finishing and can’t wait to come back . Everything was absolutely nice and can’t believe ppl leave bad reviews , honestly we was a bit worried before arriving as we seen the reviews but when we got here everything was nice , rooms a bit dated but clean and we didn’t really care about old furniture. Food tastes nice, with a fussy child and she had always something to eat and she loved it . Drinks absolutely fine , thank you Levi for the nice cocktails .Entertainment team brilliant, don’t remember all the names but Manu, Vivi, Francesca do a great job and we had fun every day and night. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you everyone and hope to see you soon !

“I nearly rated it 5 stars!”

Very nice hotel complex, I would give it 5 stars but it was a bit older and some areas were run down. However, the food was good, the staff were excellent! Comfy beds and pillows, LOADS OF SUNBEDS WITH "NO TOWELS ON BED" RESERVATION RULE ;))) Just one thing that would be very important if you go mid-summer, the room had NO AIR-CON!! The ceiling fan was fine in April but I cannot imagine how hot this would be in August?? (I'm just going to add one more time how nice and friendly all the staff were, it makes a difference)
