Would definitely recommend. The entire resort is immaculate. Rooms very spacious and clean. Cleaners came everyday, emptied bins, general tidy, made beds. Room was beautifully decorated. We only stayed room only but was completely satisfied with the complex from start to finish. When we checked in, the lady was professional and friendly (Carmen), quick check in, room ready on arrival. Room was a junior suite, lovely and spacious and right by the pool. John at pool bar was brilliant. Fast service. Can’t comment on the restaurant food but the pool bar snacks were okay. Drinks are overpriced if you aren’t all inclusive so we found ourselves buying from the on site supermarket or going to bars down the road. We got this holiday at a great price and cannot complain. We would visit again if we wanted to stay in the old town of puerto del Carmen but it’s quite a hilly walk on the way back up from the centre. Thanks guys, we would definitely recommend!

“Worth the money i paid”

We stayed in the self catering apartments across the road from the main hotel. They was clean, and the pool area has a quiet and chilled vibe. We had a room with a sitting area, and was lucky enough to get a room located by the pool. Yes we did get Ants, but this is because we left our sweets out on the side, after this we just made sure we didn't keep any open food out. This sorted that. For what I paid to stay here for 1 week self catering, I cant complain. Rooms where cleaned, towels changed and the bedding with how often it is said to be changed. Breakfast here was 10 euros each, so i only went once. The hotel is on a hill, in the old town so to walk to the beach your looking at a 1km walk. The harbour is straight down a hill, about 10 minutes lots of nice places to eat around there. You can walk down to the harbour and follow the front down to the main beach, on this walk you will come across some mini bays, but they do get just as busy as the beach would. The hotel do put on a shuttle service to the beach, but I never used it. I had little interaction with any staff, but when I did they was pleasant enough. This review is based on really, if I weren't at the pool, I would be out at the beach, or a trip and I ate out mostly. The room did its job. Lots of positive work going on, you always saw maintenance about, and we got a new couch on the last day, so they are making upgrades. Great to see. Only thing i found annoying, was that the gym only opened at 10.30am. I would of like to go at about 7am, 10.30am is late for the opening time of a gym. You want to get it out of the way before your day. Would i go back? Yes i would, based on the price i paid. Good Food Places: Restaurante La Dolce Vita - Fresh Seabass La Sirena - Good Mixed Paella Black Buffalo Steakhouse & Grill - Best Fillet steak i have ever had. Kalmacafé Reina - Had lunch here a few times everything was great. Crispy Chicken Toast especially.
