this was our first trip in Majorca, with myself, my wife, and our 2 kids, 13/7. we stayed from the 17th October, and we have nothing to complain about. the staff were great. Special thanks to Victor at the reception Desk, he was always helpful, and always happy to help. Great smile and great service. the cleaners were amazing. cleaned the rooms on the set days, and did a great job. the room itself was spotless. spacious, enough room for 4, as we stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. the pool was great, and the kids loved it. obviously it would be cold for the time we went. but it didn't stop the kids. The Beach is literally a 5 min walk, if that. the beach was perfect, still warm at that time of the year. clear waters. what more do you want. the supermarkets are literally on the door step, restaurants round every corner. the main strip is a 15 min walk. Location i personally think it is perfect. I've seen people complaining about the mosquitos, but that is something you can stop, you can prepare and help yourselves from getting bitten as less as you can. i got bit about 7 times, but that didn't bother me at all. when your in such a lovely part of the world, and staying in a nice place like this. we opted for self catering, although we did try breakfast one morning, the food is good. everyone has their own tastes i guess, for us, the kids are very picky, but for myself, i didn't see any issues with the food. entertainment was on pretty much every night. although we was out for most of the night, they always did have something. for the space that they have there, you have a few little amusements for the kids, e.g. pool table, air hockey. the area itself around the hotel is quiet. so for the night it's just right, unless you want to be somewhere where it is lively and loud until midnight, i would suggest looking around the bellevue area. we have loved our stay, so we are booking it again for next year, for a few more extra days. Overall, our family experience in this hotel was amazing. the kids enjoyed every minute of it. we are looking forward to coming again. and counting the days.

We're regular visitors to Alcudia but our first time at this hotel. It's recently been refurbished with the rooms having a modern contemporary look applied. Some areas escaped the program and look a little dated but don't let this put you off, a fact of life that sometimes you can't do it all in one go. The staff here are superb, all welcoming and very helpful, the hotel is very clean and tidy, a lovely pool area and punches well above its weight. It's definitely 4star service for 3star price. We only had B&B booked so can't comment on lunch and evening meals but breakfast was always lovely. Location wise it's not too far from the main strip nor too close to be noisy. We enjoyed the decent walking distance from the Port Alcudia (where the best restaurants are), a nice stroll back along the beachfront. As for the beach itself, it's literally a few minutes from the hotel as well as a decent supermarket nearby. All in all a great find for us, would certainly return.

“Well worth staying”

We like it. Clean nice looking hotel. Beach is very close. The area is nice. Pool area is large and good. Evening entertainment if you want it. Many restaurants close. We would recomend the hotel. We have an apartment.very nice.large with balcony.

We've just returned from Mallorca and we stayed in this hotel. The hotel has been renovated. The renovation of rooms was not great. We had a hole between a bathroom socked and tiles around it. Ceiling tiles were not in place, etc. Also the room needed a deep clean and we could see a dirt in the corners, shelves were sticky and dusty, the shower screen had a lime scale and body fat at the bottom and our towels hd massive holes in them. Other than that! The hotel was lovely, lobby was clean. They did a program every evening. Food was delicious and it was way cheaper to have extra meals in the hotel than outside in any restaurant. Drinks were also in reasonable prices. Staff was fantastic, friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Xxx
