“Excellent family hotel in a great location”

This hotel is fantastic. Firstly, it’s in a great location – right next to the beach, and the lake, and within easy walking distance of two different areas (Sa Muro and Alcudia). There’s a supermarket and a brilliant bakery opposite if, like us, you go self catering. There’s even a great restaurant virtually next door to the hotel. We went as a family (me, my wife, and kids aged 17 and 13). We like walking, and we’re not keen on English/Irish style bars and pubs. So when we went out for evening meals, we alternated between turning left out of the hotel to go to Sa Muro, or right and up to Alcudia (the hotel is on a major bus route, in case you don’t like walking). The one-bedroom apartment that we had was good, but not special. It had a balcony, which overlooked the main road and front entrance, and it did have air conditioning, which worked very well. For the price, it was actually quite spacious. Kitchen area was small, but had everything that we needed. The only thing I regret is not paying the extra for one of the rooms that had been refurbished/upgraded in the last couple of years, as the room was a little dated. We went self-catering, but the food that we saw in the all-inclusive dining area did look very good – not just fries, burgers and nuggets but actual Mediterranean meals. There’s also a pool bar that does drinks and food/ice-creams as well. The most important part of the hotel for my family is the pool (not really beach people, although the beach right next to the hotel is fab, white sand, plenty of beds, literally 100m away). The main pool here is a decent size, and then there is another pool next to it, and an indoor pool (that we never visited). There are plenty of sunbeds. Plenty… Which brings me to my favourite thing about this place – pool policing! Firstly, the pool area is restricted in the morning until it has been a) cleaned, and b) a lifeguard in attendance. At this point, around 8:30am, they open the gate and you can get to the beds and put towels down… but if you leave them for a couple of hours, they will be removed. This prevents people doing what I have seen at many hotels in the past – putting towels on beds right next to the pool, then going away and not coming back until after lunch! There are enough beds for everyone anyway, and the entire pool area gets the sun for hours. The Animation team are brilliant as well, there is always something going on, day and evening. Loved the stay, and will definitely stay here again when we return to Alcudia in the future.

“Best Holiday ”

Holiday was great and Hotel was in perfect location, Majorca is the place to go, great weather and fabulous beaches. Plenty Restaurants nearby and lots of entertainment, taxi charges are reasonable if you want to venture out and see the sights

We returned with friends as we last visited in 2019, everything seems the same which is pleasing. We returned with friends as we last visited in 2019, everything seems the same which is pleasing. We booked room only in a spacious apartment it was overlooking a busy road which didnt bother us at all its worth noting that it gets the sun early afternoon. Apartment was spacious very clean well equiped, we had an issue with the patio door and it was fixed very promptly. We ate a couple of times in the restaurant and it was nice to be fair. The staff are the jewels in the crown here well done to everyone all very friendly! Its so close to the beach and away from all the busier parts of Alcudia.

“Great experience”

Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Slight issue with our room on arrival but this was rectified by staff by moving us to a new room. Pool area was lovely. Food at pool bar was nice. Bus service to port was efficient, alternatively it was a gentle walk taking about 25 mins.
