Ellena the entertainment lady was great from start to finish hotel was nice and clean as well would recommend. Drinks were good too

First time at JS Palma Stay, but will not be our last! My wife & I received a warm welcome from Tatyana upon arrival. Our bedroom was very clean, thanks to Isabella. “A hotel to recommend”
The hotel was in a convenient location for buses, restaurants, shops, promenade and the beach. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean, bed comfortable and linen changed frequently. There were plenty of sunbeds round the pool and the areas were kept clean.

Love this hotel. Great beds, pillows, towels etc. Food is buffet style. Plenty of choices but a bit repetitive. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet at night. Very good hotel with kindly and helpfull people. Nice clean rooms and good bed and bathroom with a good shower. The food is very good and the very varied. As guest you are really spoiled here.
