We had the pleasure of staying in this hotel and our experience was extremely positive. All the members of staff that we met - reception, food and drink service, housekeeping - were excellent: helpful, courteous and professional. The hotel itself is maintained to a high standard with superb facilities and the whole guest experience reflects well upon both its management and the vision of the owners. Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, the latter being to a theme six nights a week with the main Sunday service being a brunch offering. If looking to stay at the east end of Palma Bay, this hotel is well-worth considering.

As far as holidays go this was an easy decision, it gets a ten. 1 for nice clean hotel. 2 for approachable staff. 3 for huge choice of swimming pools and surroundings 4 for being close to the airport 5 for being only a short way from central Palma 6 for the gorgeous white comfy bed and good facilities 7 for the beautiful Mallorca sunshine 8 for free Wi-Fi 9 feeling safe with someone manning reception day and night. 10 to my partner for finding it.

We have just returned from a week in this hotel. After booking the holiday, a last minute booking, we did some research of the area. What we read alarmed us in that the place was dominated by young Germans, drinking and being rowdy. This concerned us greatly. However, we decided to make the most of our holiday. We need not have worried, yes it was busy, but at no time did anyone bother us. We kept ourselves to ourselves and walked nearly every day towards Ca'n Pastelle. This is a lovely walk along the sea front. Or we went into Palma. The bus is very frequent. Now to the hotel. This is a very nice hotel, very clean and well run. All staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was a standard double, level 7, very good acsess to Sky Bar and sitting area. I would recommend this hotel but I wouldn't go to the area any later in the season as it could get very rowdy.

Stayed here for a week with my wife. First time without the kids and a change from the normal three star all inclusive family holiday. This is not a typical resort hotel. We were half board. Listed as a five star hotel however, I’d say it’s more a good four star hotel The hotel is modern and very clean. Our room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Decent sized bathroom with a walk in shower. There was a mini fridge which had a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks in it however, we used this to store our own drinks. There is a safe which is free to use. Flat screen tv on the wall however, the channels were all German. You could get radio stations on it though. We had a balcony overlooking the pool area at the back of the hotel which had a couple of chairs and a small table on. Dressing gowns and slippers are provided as well. Food was very good. Breakfast was the usual hot and cold items. Lots of bread, meats and cheeses as well as plenty to make a full English breakfast as well. Fruits and sweet pastries were also available. Fresh omelettes were cooked to order. You could even have a glass of fizz if you wanted to as there was Prosecco/Cava if you wanted it! There was a theme for the evening meals which changed every night. One night was Spanish, another was Japanese and another was Mexican. Fresh meat was again cooked to order. This usually included steak, chicken and pork as well as three different types of fresh fish. There was also plenty to choose from the hot and cold buffet. We never got bored of the choice of food although the desserts rarely changed. We ate from the food truck on our last day which you pay for. We had a chicken burger and a double cheese burger. Both were nice however the chicken burger was a cheap processed burger rather than a nice breaded fillet. The main pool is nice. Surrounded by day beds and sun loungers. The other pools including the two on the roof terrace are small. You’d struggle to swim in them and are more for cooling off in if it’s too hot. I think it’s a stretch calling them pools as it gives the impression they are swimming pools which the smaller ones definitely aren’t. The pools also aren’t heated so at this time of year they were very cold. The staff are very nice and are a credit to the hotel. The only gripe I have is that there were times when our room was very warm. Some nights it was 27 degrees. I asked about air con at reception and was told that they weren’t allowed to put it on until the 1st of May. There were a few nights when we had to sleep with the balcony door wide open which meant you could hear people outside as well as traffic etc which resulted in broken sleep. Disappointing really as the jet2 website says the rooms are air conditioned and I think it should be up to the guest to decided if they want it on or not and not the hotel. You go away to relax and having broken sleep isn’t relaxing. My wife also used the gym on a few occasions but couldn’t use it to its full potential as again, when she used it there was no air con and it was far too warm. One other thing I feel the need to mention is the hotel is listed as adults only however, although it didn’t really bother me there was a few times I saw children in the hotel including in the restaurant and on the roof terrace. You’d be annoyed if you were intent on it being exclusively adult only but there were children there at times. Despite the gripes I would stay here again.
