Absolutely amazing! Usually we get a hotel thinking it's just somewhere to rest our head, but because it is so beautiful we found ourselves spending so much more time there. The rooftop terrace is beautiful. The happy hour for drinks was definitely worth it and the room- well that was beautiful. Sea view. The perfect way to wake up in the morning with a coffee in bed. I cannot recommend the hotel enough. We borrowed the bikes on two days which made getting into the city centre very easy. The staff are wonderful- so kind and attentive.

Yes, the rooms are small – some would make reference to the inability of swinging a feline – but let’s use the word ‘bijou’ – it sounds much more inviting! Yes, the rooms are small – some would make reference to the inability of swinging a feline – but let’s use the word ‘bijou’ – it sounds much more inviting! Hotel Feliz was recently described by a friend of mine as “Mutton dressed as Lamb”, which seems a bit negative based on my own experience. It is naiive and unassuming of the Hotel to advertise a ‘good breakfast’, when most other hotels on Tripadvisor would make a similar un-supported claim. On the evidence of my visit this week, I would suggest Hotel Feliz delivers one of the best breakfast experiences on the island, second only to the likes of the Hotel de Mar Grand Melia in Illetas, or Hotel Maricel in Cas Catala, both of which claim ‘the best breakfast in the world’. I’ve attached photos of the Feliz breakfast menu to convince you that if the quality of breakfast is your criterion for a hotel stay, you’ll not be disappointed: starting with every conceivable variety of fresh fruit, even including such usual no-shows as both Galia and Honeydew Melon, Mangoes, Passion Fruit, Kiwi Fruit, Strawberries, to name but a few. Then followed by hot and cold buffet items including ‘full English’ complete with both Asturian Chorizo and Mushrooms, then smoked salmon, cold meats and cheeses. The selection of breakfast juices is endless, including freshly-to-be-squeezed Seville Oranges, and a glass of Cava or three! Unusually, Hotel Feliz also offers A La Carte lunch and dinner menus (especially unusual in November!), and a well-stocked bar delivers a good range of drinks and cocktails. Other points in favour of you choosing Hotel Feliz: 1. Small swimming pool in the extensive ground floor outdoor terrace area. 2. Plunge pool on the rooftop terrace (the only negative is that the elevator only goes to the fifth floor, but the rooftop terrace is actually on the sixth floor. The rooftop pool is indeed on the rooftop, up a further flight of stairs to what would be the seventh floor!). 3. Outdoor barbecue on the ground floor terrace on Friday evenings (menu attached). Also advertised on their website is ‘Saturday Tapas’ and ‘Sunday Paella’. 4. Hotel Feliz is merely 200 metres from the nearest bus stop of EMT Buses 4, 20, 46 and 47 at Plaza Gomila. Blanket charge on the bus for each trip is only 2 Euros. 5. Whilst the televisions in the rooms only offer Spanish TV and radio channels, the TV in the ‘Living Room’ can show what seems like more than a zillion channels from every country in Europe – so you can watch East Enders and Corrie in English if you wish! So in conclusion, if you’re in two minds about being enticed by the ‘good breakfast’ offered by other Palma hotels, and you want to enjoy good old-fashioned customer service from a dedicated and happy team, look no further than Hotel Feliz. Be happy!

“Good vibe. Not for business travel.”

Great hotel. Clean and modern with a cool jazzy vibe. Swedish-run, attracts a lot of European travellers. Room was big and bed was comfy. Lots of noise from other rooms - the walls are paper thin. And the room is not set up for business travellers; there was nowhere to set my laptop for zoom call... more

Great hotel. Clean and modern with a cool jazzy vibe. Swedish-run, attracts a lot of European travellers. Room was big and bed was comfy. Lots of noise from other rooms - the walls are paper thin. And the room is not set up for business travellers; there was nowhere to set my laptop for zoom calls. I did work from the main lobby lounge for an afternoon and hosts were gracious and accommodating. Overall a good hotel stay.

“fire alarm disorder - sleepless night - no explaination, no excuse”

located by the marina, 15 minutes by car from the Cathedral area, recently refurbished, very nice decoration and 30s style design ,trendy and pleasant. nice terrasse and rooftop. good breakfast we had the classic double room, which was ok for 1 night. bed was ok , room was clean issue : sleeples... more

located by the marina, 15 minutes by car from the Cathedral area, recently refurbished, very nice decoration and 30s style design ,trendy and pleasant. nice terrasse and rooftop. good breakfast we had the classic double room, which was ok for 1 night. bed was ok , room was clean issue : sleepless night due to a fire alarm issue, staff was not able to stop it and did not even apologize the day after besides the room was facing a school with young kids being loud ( which is totally normal of course, i am not quesitonning that) but the noise from the street felt like coming from the room next to us as isolation was poor. worst night ever in a hotel with no empathy or excuse from the staff which is the main issue as such technical problem can occur i understand, but with a very nice & customer oriented apologie the day after , you forgive and almost forget , here absolutely nothing ....
