As expected. Good hotel with fantastic views. Stayed at the Melia next door last year and the roadworks haven’t really improved but thankfully didn’t impact too much on our stay. Booked the level which was definitely worth it for drinks and snacks. Pool still very cold and was a bit of a fight for sunbeds. Breakfast was ok. Not as good as the hotel next door but the usual offerings. Flies around the pastries though so avoided them. Would I stay again. Maybe but the Melia next door had the edge because of the breakfast.

Came for a business conference - a lot of street work made getting a taxi very hard. Location is OK, yes across from marina, but you cant really walk to the main city center. Came for a business conference - a lot of street work made getting a taxi very hard. Location is OK, yes across from marina, but you cant really walk to the main city center. Rooms are noting special, its fine. Hotel bar and restaurant are pretty good, price is a bit high, breakfast nothing special (cook your bacon more please, at least some of it!)

The hotel has a prime location, very stylish, but overall we found it to be a bit of a let down. The rooms are stylish but have a massive problem - no power sockets apart from the shaver point in the bathroom. The hotel did provide an extension lead on request but this was across the room and inconvenient. Another issue was the immediate neighbourhood outside the hotel. At nighttime it becomes full of drunks spilling out of the various Ibiza style bars or gentlemen's clubs (some located in the hotels building), and even a large group of harassing prostitutes immediately outside the hotel doors. We literally didn't feel safe as the hotel has zero security or access control (even though they say they do). These issues were raised to the hotel but we received a polite but very dismissive response - "We cannot be held responsible for outside the hotel" Other aspects of the hotel are varied. Check-in insists on writing down your credit card number rather than taking a pre-payment, a fraud risk. The sea view from the front bedrooms is amazing. The Level club is a good concept but ruined by crying children. The spa is dated with a strange black paint and gold chain decor and nowhere to leave valuables (they have removed the lockers locks). The pool area is lovely but quickly in the shade and has limited loungers. The boulevard outside the hotel is also a building site but this is well documented. Overall we would not return or recommend the hotel due to the lack of power sockets and not feeling safe entering the hotel at night time.
