We booked this hotel for four nights for our out of season trip to Palma. The location was significant when making a decision about where to stay as it’s so easy to get to from Plaza d’Espanya where the airport bus drops you off, just a two minute walk. The alleyway to access the hotel links you straight out to Carrer de Sant Miguel which has an abundance of cafes and shops and is the main thoroughfare to walk into the main parts of the city. However you can also take the few steps down from the hotel entrance turn left and meander your way to La Rambla with its flower stalls and cafes. Our reception at the hotel was so friendly, we accepted the glass of cava and sat in the sunshine in the courtyard, very welcome after the stresses of travelling. Our room was ready, we requested an early check in and were extremely pleased to have access to our room at 11am. Our room was very well appointed, plenty of wardrobe space, coffee machine with pods that were replenished daily, plus we were able to ask for more at reception. There’s also a kettle and teabags. We particularly liked that you have two bottles of water in the fridge, still and sparkling. When these run out you can replenish them from a machine in the hotel bar area so you never have to run out and of course, no plastic waste! A lovely big double bed that was very comfortable and a small but perfectly formed bathroom. I’d have preferred a shower tap that has a set temperature as I had to fiddle around to get a good temperature using the mixer taps. We also used the car park overnight. It costs €20 . We were warned by reception staff to hire a small car as the access into it is quite precarious! A small car is also an advantage when navigating the tiny central streets within the city! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! A perfect hotel close to everything with wonderful staff. If you’re not having breakfast at the hotel I can recommend Forn de Santo Cristo bakery just outside the hotel, we had 2 coffees and 2 pastries each day for only €8.85!

“Location, Clean, Friendly”

We had the best time in Mallorca and our stay in this hotel was great the staff were lovely and the location was perfect. The hotel is very clean and the room has everything you need we would highly recommend this hotel for your perfect stay. Everything is in walking distance a great area to stay.

“Very nice hotel with perfect service and food”

Very nice hotel, really in the center of Palma. But very quiet. Nice ambiance and rooms. Very friendly, customer and service oriented staff. Good diner at the restaurant. A little bit away from the busy streets. We enjoyed it very much and will certainly come back when we are in Palma.

“Fantastic hotel”

Fantastic location in the old town. A warm welcome from Ismael on reception. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable, well appointed room and the extra touches such as the Bluetooth speaker and complimentary chilled water were great. We'll definitely be back in the spring.
