“Perfect”
Room There was a problem with the toilet and no kettle. Spoke to reception and the toilet was fixed and a kettle brought ( at no extra cost) within the hour. Excellent service. “A enjoyable stay.”
We came home today had a lovely week all staff was very helpful and pleasant couldn’t do enough to help. Room was very nice and clean though bathroom was a little small. Just returned from bermudas fergus Hotel. Staff very helpful, Room clean but had to move as Shower was flooding the room, blocked drain,We moved within 20 minutes. “Lovely hotel”
We had a fantastic stay at the Fergus Bermudas. The staff were all so friendly, especially Eleanor who did the bingo each night.
