We have just returned after a 3 night break. The hotel is in a perfect location, right next to the sea front at Palma nova, yet a 5 minute walk will take you into Magaluf. So much money has been put into these hotels and in the local area. The food at the hotel was excellent, whilst not fully all inclusive, you can have drinks at mealtimes and the prices of the drinks are really good, cocktails €5, beer €3. The rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean and the hotel has one of the best view points in the area. The staff.... what a fabulous bunch of people. Everyone works so hard at this hotel. Massive thanks to Daniel who forms part if animation team, kept us entertained with his stories of Magaluf and showed us some of the sites on his night off ! What a guy ! Massive thanks from Kate and her hens from Newcastle (Debbie loves you Daniel) See you next time !!

“Great family hotel in Palma nova”

Was a bit concerned after reading the mixed reviews but we couldn’t fault a single thing. Part of three hotels with very similar names beside each other so can be confusing. Was a bit concerned after reading the mixed reviews but we couldn’t fault a single thing. Part of three hotels with very similar names beside each other so can be confusing. Booked a one bed sea view suite so our baby could have her own space and got to check in 3 hours early. Room was immaculate and very recently renovated. Basic kitchen, fridge and tv in bedroom and lounge with some uk channels - c4, Disney, C5 ect. Views were stunning from the hotel of Palma nova bay and few mins walk downhill to the town with loads of lovely restaurants and bars. Was pretty pricey in most of the harbour front ones, paid €18 for a very basic green salad. Pools were freezing in April but our tot enjoyed the splash pool regardless. Plenty of sun beds even though it was Easter week and the animation team did a good job always rounding people up for activities. Prob wouldn’t go all inclusive as there so many great places nearby and didn’t eat in the hotel at all. Got the bus into Palma one day which was easy and a fab day out. Greet few days break in the sun and I’d return to this hotel.

So outlook from hotel is stunning hence why 1 of the 3 stars given, Julia on reception another star and it’s clean and modern another. Those are the only pros to this place. Cons: Balconies are dangerous rail only comes up to waist and balconies slope downwards to it obviously for rain run off, but they are not wide or safe especially if you have kids as they slats would make it easy to climb. Then you have the fact on the top floor none of the balcony lights work so it’s dark at night and the balcony rail is dark brown. The apartment although modern is not the best design going. The main lights run off the wardrobe doors so for 2 nights because the doors don’t line up the doors don’t close properly so we had to slam them to get the light to go off. There are glass doors separating the bedroom to the main lounge, which had no privacy as they have a half inch gap around the whole door. But same again for the bathroom! So if you go to the toilet in the night you light the whole apartment up. The bedroom is also the entrance from the outside so when people leaving and coming you hear everything as there is a gap under the door again half inch and in the mornings the light streams in. There is a window above the bed which is covered by a dangling blind so when the light comes in it is straight in your face on the pillows. Apartment itself could be lovely and functional if safety came into it with the balconies, if the doors were changed to proper doors, and other bits tweaked. For an apartment you get glasses and cups and plates etc but no broom to sweep up, we had sand on us one day and for 3 days were walking in what had come off towels etc which could of been easy clean up had we had a broom . If you’re less able bodied then the hill to this place is not for you.
