We spent four nights here with my family. It was a fantastic stay with friendly staff and a clean hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days but can be cleaned daily upon request. However, only one bottle of water is provided throughout the stay. The safe incurs a daily charge, and a deposit is required for use. As vegetarians who don't consume eggs or fish, we found the food options somewhat limited, especially since many desserts and ice creams contained egg. The meal choices were average, mainly consisting of chips, pasta, salad, and various potato dishes. Despite this, the receptionist and chef kindly accommodated our dietary needs by providing eggless ice creams and making jacket potatoes on our last night. Since we had studios, we cooked one meal a day. Additionally, drinks were not included in the dinner buffet. The entertainment team was outstanding, providing enjoyable activities throughout the day and entertaining evening shows. The outdoor pools were quite cold, so we opted for the indoor heated pool, which was well-maintained. However, the spa facilities required a hair cover for use. Towels were available with a 10 Euro deposit per towel from reception. The location is excellent, with many local shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is beautiful and only a five-minute walk away, while Aldi is a 7-10 minutes walk. Overall, it was a great stay with amazing staff, but the hotel could improve its catering for vegans/vegetarians.

The Sensi team were very loving, caring and my kids were sad to say bye to them. The night entertainment, mini disco and shows by the Sensi Team were enjoyable. We stayed for 4 nights but could have stayed for longer.

“Wonderful hotel for families”

We have just come back from 6 nights stay at this hotel and overall I would highly recommend this place - particularly those travelling with children. The hotel was spotless, there was always staff around cleaning the common areas and the pools were maintained every day. The rooms were also serviced as much as you would like. The splash pool / slides area was perfect for us - we travelled with another family and there were 4 children in total (6, 9, 9 & 14) - they could literally spend all day playing - even the teenager! The water was very cold but I assume that was due to the time of year travelling (April). There is also a lovely warm indoor pool we could use too. In addition to the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel, every staff member we came across was polite, friendly, welcoming and helpful and I heard them converse in a number of different languages depending on the guests. When we visited it seemed to mostly be English and German guests, however, the staff quickly switched from each language to make the guests feel welcome. The food was freshly prepared each day (we went half board) with plenty of choice - even for me as a vegetarian! Always plenty of options for both breakfast and dinner - plenty of fresh fruit and salad along with hot options. My only gripe with dinner is that drinks were not included (they were at breakfast) - not even tap water which I found really odd. I understand paying for alcoholic drinks but to be charged for water is not something that we are used to. The bar drinks were also on the expensive side - the virgin cocktails were pretty much the same price as the alcoholic ones. We did get around this during the day by visiting the local Spar and stocking up with water and drinks from there (5-10 min walk from the hotel). Staff were quick to clear any finished plates and again, the cleanliness in the food area was exceptional. There was also a separate kids' station with a smaller, lower counter which my 9 year old loved. My only other comment would be the air con in the rooms. As soon as we turned ours on, it was blowing out hot air - something which I thought must be a fault. However, when we raised this with reception we were told that all rooms were set to hot air as this time of year is generally considered colder for locals. As an English family who are used to the cold and rain, we found the rooms very warm. Luckily we were on the third floor so could leave our balcony door open at night to get around this! Please let guests chose their own room temperatures! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. It's great for kids, the entertainment was fantastic and the staff were all a credit to the hotel.

“Food lets it down”

Just back from a weeks stay here, on the whole very good a relaxing, stay. The good points…very warm welcome from Victor on arrival so polite and friendly. Just back from a weeks stay here, on the whole very good a relaxing, stay. The good points…very warm welcome from Victor on arrival so polite and friendly. Our room was on top floor(only 4) room was 446 huge room spotlessly clean. Pool area very quiet as season just starting so no need to get up early for sunbeds. Pool absolutely freezing this time of year no one was in it! Room cleaned every other day, sheets changed once during the week but was fine. Few niggles…air con not yet activated so room was quite hot, we mentioned this to reception and later in the day came back to our room to find a bottle of complimentary champagne and beautiful tray of cakes, so much appreciated! Oscar was very good at his job looking after guests always said hello! Would we come back??… despite all the good , wouldn’t return due to the food this was a major let down shame as everything else good, food looks processed not much choice, or fresh ingredients just very poor. You don’t even get water with meals you have to pay extra and drinks are very pricey. We tried the restaurant most nights but left to eat out.pool bar food better but again very expensive, €4.50 for a coke!
