We recently stayed here and, if I’m completely honest, we arrived feeling slightly apprehensive after reading some of the more negative reviews. We were wondering whether we had made the right choice and whether some of the complaints we had read about would affect our holiday. Thankfully, we really didn’t need to worry! From the moment we arrived, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend the hotel. One thing I’m normally not a fan of is buffet food. I often find buffets repetitive, lacking in quality, or simply not very enjoyable. However, I have to say that the buffet here genuinely surprised me. There was a really good selection of food, plenty of choice, and we found the quality to be very good. There was something different to choose from and we never felt stuck for options. It was much better than I expected and certainly changed my opinion of the buffet during our stay. Another thing we really liked was the convenience of the hotel’s app. It made things so much easier, particularly when it came to contacting the concierge and booking the à la carte restaurants. Being able to do this through the app was really useful and meant we didn’t have to keep going to reception or waiting around to arrange things. It was simple, convenient and made the whole experience feel very well organised. The location is absolutely amazing. There are plenty of good bars and places to go nearby, so you’re not completely reliant on staying within the hotel if you fancy a change of scenery. We really enjoyed having the option to head out and explore the surrounding area, while still having everything we needed at the hotel itself. I also have to mention the swimming pool because I genuinely don’t understand some of the complaints we read beforehand. We thought the pool was lovely! We had no issues whatsoever with finding somewhere to relax and enjoyed spending time around the pool. Obviously, everyone has different expectations, but based on our own experience, we really couldn’t understand why this was such a negative point for some people. The all-inclusive drinks were another highlight. The selection of drinks available at the bars was great, and we were very happy with what was included. The bars themselves were enjoyable and the staff were fantastic throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and welcoming, which really makes such a difference when you’re on holiday. The hotel was also very clean. Our room and the public areas were well maintained, and overall the hotel gave us a very good impression. Cleanliness is something I always notice when travelling, and I have absolutely no complaints here. We also treated ourselves to some time in the spa, which was brilliant. We had a facial and a couples massage and thoroughly enjoyed both. It was a lovely way to relax and unwind during the holiday, and the spa was a real bonus for us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I’m really glad we didn’t let the negative reviews put us off. I think sometimes reviews can give you an expectation before you arrive, but everyone’s experience is different, and ours was overwhelmingly positive. The food was good, the drinks were great, the staff were excellent, the hotel was very clean, the pool was lovely, the location was fantastic and the spa was a great addition. The app and concierge service also made everything really easy. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return. If you’re considering booking but are worried because of some of the negative reviews, I’d honestly say to make your own judgement. We nearly let them put us off, and we would have missed out on a really enjoyable holiday

We had a five night stay at this hotel and had a brilliant time. The stand out of this hotel is the lovely staff who are so accommodating and such quick service, the location is absolutely stunning with amazing views! The hotel is so clean and rooms left spotless everyday, we also found the hotel had a relaxing vibe ! Wide range of all inclusive drinks and food options - we enjoy eating out so the restaurants that were included were really good and definitely a pull to the hotel. The hotel is only a 10/15 min walk to the beautiful Cala d or marina which we enjoyed visiting. Very much enjoyed our stay

We recently stayed here on an all-inclusive package. While the front-line staff are polite, the combination of restrictive rules, noisy facilities, and subpar amenities made for a disappointing experience. What Worked Well * The Staff: The overall team was friendly and warm throughout our stay, doing what they could within the resort's strict rules. Major Issues & Amenities * No Cold Drinking Water: Free cold water was non-existent. The room only came with a single bottle, but the mini-fridge was far too weak to chill it. At the bar, water was poured lukewarm straight from the tap into a glass with a couple of ice cubes. Chilled bottled water cost extra. * Saltwater Showers: The room showers run on saltwater, leaving you feeling sticky and dirty even after washing off. * Noise Levels: The room doors slam shut heavily with a loud crash. You hear doors banging down the hallway constantly throughout the day and night. Food, Drinks & Vibe * Restricted All-Inclusive Menu: Popular, standard drinks like Malibu are excluded from the all-inclusive package and require extra payment. * Strict Meal Hours & No Snacks: There are no mid-day snacks available anywhere. Outside of main restaurant hours, your only option is a poolside lunch available strictly between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. * Skewed Atmosphere: The resort caters almost exclusively to a younger, rowdier party crowd. The entertainment team prioritizes guests under 25–30; if you are older than 25, the vibe and activities will quickly make you feel out of place. Unless management fixes the basic water quality, noise issues, and restrictive dining rules, this resort is only suited for early-20s travellers.
