The entertainment team are very friendly and great with the kids. A special shout out to Letty who has made an extra effort to welcome our son Ethan. Lovely food and drink options too. Would definitely return.

Just returned from this great hotel (2 adults, 1 child aged 3, nearly 4). We booked this last minute, 2 weeks before we went. After reading reviews, it was a bit mixed but we were looking forward to our holiday. If you are looking at booking here, please ignore some of the really negative reviews on this hotel, not fair in my opinion. It is not perfect but does not deserve 1 or 2 stars!! Hotel Great hotel with great staff (almost all of them) Location is absolutely fantastic. Shops, bars and the beach just a short walk away. Although we did not venture out too much. Air con is an absolute joke in this hotel, they NEED to sort this, especially in the bar area at night, unbearable. We was in one of the old rooms and we had to get a fan from reception. The rooms are quite small but that did not bother us too much The bar area outside during the day is fine, sometimes long ques but staff worked hard and went down quite quickly. The San Miguel is fine, can be a bit flat at times but overall fine. The cocktails like people say are not great but I don't agree with *not drinkable. They are ok but just standard all inc cocktails. Wine was fine. I think they need another beer on draught (Estrella or Cruzcampo examples), for people to mix it up now and then, even charge for it. They definitely could make some extra money from this in my opinion The Food was GREAT!, not much variety as others say but anyone moaning about the quality of food here, then pay more money and go stay somewhere else ,the food is great!! I was not a huge fan of the deserts, the lunches were really good. Staff in the restaurant were always great and the chefs were great. The sunbed situation is like MOST hotels you go to, but was really not the worst. Yes you have to join in with reserving but if you don't, you don't get a bed before 9am. The big pool is a really good temperature and right next to the pool bar and seating areas The animation staff were great with the kids, not pushy with doing things which is great but I think overall they could be interacting with the kids more each day The entertainment is not too bad to be fair and they always do a kids disco at 8.30 which our son always loved! The Water park and Park are AMAZING. The water park for the kids is outstanding and a highlight of the hotel. Lifeguards are great as well and are on it! We spent nights at the park and our son loved it We did really like this hotel, we would probably actually return as we didn't pay over the odds for it and the location was fantastic. The air con would actually put me of from going again Thanks for a great holiday

I stayed here for 5 nights with my 17 year old daughter. The hotel is very clean and staff work very hard. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast was okay - plenty of choice and always somewhere to sit. I would not say this is a 4 star hotel - more of a good 3 star. We booked last minute and stayed in one of the older rooms which have not been refurbished, The room is basic and is cleaned daily and but the air conditioning seriously lets the hotel down, we ended up asking for a fan but this did not help much. There is no dressing table area in the room. For such a large hotel the air conditioning is very poor and needs sorting out. On the last day we were able to shower in the gym area downstairs but there were no windows or air conditioning down there - making it unbearable. There is a lot going on for young children and the splash area looked great for them. The entertainment team worked very hard and the reception team were always very helpful. The hotel is a good 25 minute walk into the main town/port where most of the restaurants are.

Pollensa park hotel is fine for a family budget holiday to the beautiful Puerto pollensa. We have been coming to PP for 25 years and never stayed in this hotel. We were b&b as like to go out. Location is great, 20-25 min walk to the port and central area. 3 mins walk to the stunning beach and some restaurants. Can't really fault the staff, they all work hard and are friendly enough and we had no issues. Breakfast was fine, and had what you would expect. All seating for this is inside. The hotel isn't that aesthetically pleasing, it's a bit of a concrete jungle around the pool and fairly dated. Sunbeds were so uncomfortable, awkward metal bar that digs right into your back. If you weren't down by 7.30am-7.45am to put your towels down then you won't get a bed. Really annoying and wish there was some sort of rule for this as many sunloungers still unoccupied by 11am! This is just my opinion, snob/standards, whatever you want to call it, but i think it looks awful on an evening when everyone's towels are hanging over balconies, offering poolside towels would solve this problem. (You can hire towels from reception €10 on return of towels) We had one of the newly refurbished rooms, just be mindful if travelling with a family, there's very little hanging/ storage, so you basically live out of your suitcase. Walls are quite thin so if you have a young child that doesn't sleep well in the next room neither will you. All in all this is a good budget hotel. Would we return, probably not unless more upgrades were done.
