This hotel is fantastic and the location and view is amazing I’ve been coming to this hotel for 3years The reception staff are fantastic and very helpful nothing too much trouble and always have a smile and say hello when you pass by (Noelia was fantastic and a pleasure to have on reception and always very friendly and helpful with a smile on her face also luciano was lovely and helpful The others in the reception team was all good as well ) The bar area and restaurant is amazing with the view on the water (stunning view ) And you have the sea at your feet and beach only 5-10 Min walk way The food is great would recommend eating here The bar staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble, they have good banter with guests and make it a nice atmosphere around the bar/restaurant area. (Tony, zaid, melody and Ramiro was amazing ) Pool area is lovely and clean you do have to pay for beds, the entertainment girls (eline and Georgia) were fantastic they really made the stay enjoyable with the water activity to bingo on a evening ,they engaged with everyone and always had a smile and chat with all guests and was always busy doing activities and was great with the kids credit to the hotel Rooms ready for updating but nothing wrong with them, Love this hotel and the staff they have make this hotel Can’t wait to return and hope to see all the same smiling faces again next year

As you can see, I don't usually post many reviews. Thought I would do this one to help any young families out there. Thinking of this hotel. We travelled as a family of four - two children aged 15 and 12. Location is absolutely awesome. The sea is 10 yd from the hotels swimming pool and has steps in to the sea if you fancy a dip in the Mediterranean. The swimming pool situation can be problematic. €3.50 per sun bed. Having read many reviews before this. We stayed at the hotel with this information already in mind so it wasn't a concern for us. The availability of parasols could be a problem and something we commented about frequently, as why they are limited - there is plenty of room for more patasols. I recommend putting some towels down around 7am. .... Or go on the short stroll to the beach which is probably 3 minutes in duration. Hotel bar is very well priced. At the time of writing this review pints of lager are €4 And glasses of wine €4.10. Typical pizza around 13 Euros and a typical toasted sandwich around the same price. Easy solution if you want to shares with 2 adults at a lunch time. Food really good also. Brilliant supermarket across the road, easy to get fresh pastries and bread each morning for breakfast. Staff in the hotel are awesome, had no issues with friendliness or approachability. Water park is less than a €15 taxi ride. We had a one-bedroom apartment with sea view. Highly recommend this for families of four. Children had the main living space with two separate beds, we had a seperate bedroom. Air conditioning is the best in any hotel I've ever been in. However, the air conditioning units are on the balcony which does generate some heat. This means that if you want to sit on the balcony with the air conditioning units running, it might be a little bit more toasty than normal. Room is cleaned daily - have no complaints on this. Kitchen could do with a few more essentials but we managed quite fine. Loads of storage too. On the subject of this swimming pool, the water has been a little dirty on occasion. The usual sun cream, etc. floating in the corner of the pool. This is something I'm sure the hotel can remedy with more routine cleaning. There are two entertainment staff. Both are very friendly but not intrusive. They will ask you once or twice you participate and if you don't want to do that's absolutely fine with them. Overall we've had a brilliant experience which is why we gave it 5 stars - don't sweat the small things and you'll have a great time.

Great location of hotel, right on water frontage, only a few steps from the door was the med. There was also a pool, which we didnt go in as often rather busy. On arrival greeted by lovely staff at reception, who allowed us to keep our luggage in a room with no charge as we arrived very early (due to flights). The atmosphere is very relaxed, the room was a good size and very clean. The kitchenette could have done with a bit more in it - for instance no even a bread board to cut anything. Also only a bread knife meant that we had to cut up fruit with this - bit tricky. The cleaning staff work tirelessly. DO get up early if you want a sun lounger/brolly (3.5 euros each per day), we watched some people get down there before 7am....sigh. Was self catering, so cannot comment on the food though it looked nice. Bar staff great, prices great so all good there. My only real gripe is that all floors are the hard type, so when in the room you can hear everyone going along the corridor - and to be honest through the walls, and not everyone was considerate in being quiet. The main thing was chairs being scraped along the hard floor which at 2am seems very noisy! Air con worked a treat, note that when patio doors open it autos off and when door closed it comes on again. Can make sea view balcony a tad warmer due to exterior fan unit. Sadly we were directly above the exterior cafe area (room 129) so sound did carry upwards rather. Fantastic location, few mins walk to centre of town where there is plenty to buy/eat/entertain. Across road is great supermarket and up the road a great eatery where locals also eat (good sign) Would stay again if on a higher level away from noise and sea view worth it, as stunning. Overall a nice stay!
