Got back yesterday from a 5 night last minute stay. Tui Suneo is a complex consisting of two hotels; The Santa Ponsa Park and The Pionero which are separated by a couple of shallow steps. Currently staying in the Santa ponsa Park hotel. Not sure what all the moans are about as we can’t fault this lovely hotel. We paid just under 12 euros hotel tax very pleased. And also paid a 10 euro deposit for the safe key. The service from reception to restaurants and bar staff are well ... more

“Excellent”
Spotless hotel. Food the best we have ever tasted in an all inclusive hotel. Pools disappointing as we're some of the staff. Great location but not enough sunloungers around the pool. Pizzeria was fab for snacks and kids had best nuggets ever!!!
