A fabulous hotel with a lovely large swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers. Excellent location in a quieter area of Cala'n Bosch but yet close to Son Xoriguer beach which has lovely clean water. There is a bus stop across the road with a regular and good value service to/from Cuitadella which is well worth visiting. Food both at breakfast and evening was excellent with a great choice. All the staff were fantastic and so helpful if you had any questions or issues - excellent service, particularly in the restaurant area, reception and the shop. The only very minor thing is it would be helpful to have some information in the rooms about what facilities the hotel has and their location rather having to always ask Reception as sometimes they were busy dealing with other guests. I think an information pack in the room would resolve this. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Princesa Playa and would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel layout is great, the gardens are lovely, it never seems too crowded and the place is spotless. We stayed in an apartment. Although a little on the small size it was adequate for what we needed. We moved the sofa bed towards the patio doors which gave more space once the bed was extended. The aircon works very well and the temperature was easy to adjust. The beds are firm and comfy, sound proofing good and cleaning and towels changed daily. We asked for a pool facing room which they couldn’t give us on arrival (they did offer for us to move after 24 hours but we decided to stay) but the garden facing rooms are just as nice. A tea towel is provide for the kitchenette along with crockery, chopping board and pans but no dishcloth, etc. Our fridge didn’t work on arrival but they changed this within an hour for a new one. Nothing was too much hassle for the staff. Pool towels are provided too. The pool area is relaxing and it never feels crowded. Sun beds are always available. There are 8 Balinese beds, we were given a free voucher to use for a day, as we stayed at the hotel for over a week. The buffet food for breakfast and lunch was great and offered lots of choice. Some evenings there was a themed menu. The waiters worked tirelessly and food was replenished quickly. At times there was a lack of labelling on the food dishes and I can imagine it may not have been easy if you had food allergies Facilities include a pool table, tennis courts, multi court, gym with a/c, playground, table tennis table and air hockey table. You need to book the courts and the gym but neither get busy. In the evening there is a singer/musician each night in the air conditioned bar, which is very pleasant. There is a program of family and kids activities displayed on the board by the pool. Activities are great, low key and generally take place around the pool. The staff are great and my son particularly loved Adria. There are two free water machines to refill bottles in the hotel, which we found very useful. The hotel arranged car hire for us, which worked out well. The location is a 5 minutes walk from the beach, 2 supermarkets and 4 lovely restaurants and a bar. You can also walk to the marina in 15-20 minutes. There are boat trips from the marina. You can catch the bus outside to Ciutedella. We loved this hotel and would definitely visit again.

Brilliant hotel! Felt really safe, super clean, lovely staff and huge pool area. Got sun beds easily no matter what time of the day we went down. Brilliant hotel! Felt really safe, super clean, lovely staff and huge pool area. Got sun beds easily no matter what time of the day we went down. Loads of good activities on all day and entertainment at night (can’t comment on that though as we went out every evening). Two min walk to nearest beach, shops, places to eat and a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll to the Marina. Absolutely loved this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed a family of five. Ended up in two rooms on opposite sites of the pool. Closer would have been great. The food was pretty good and decent and variation also fine. We had half-board, and you have to pay on the side for the drinks for dinner (and staff was a bit difficult to flag down for ordering). Would have been nice just to be able to refill water for free. Breakfast was good - all three kids were happy. The rooms were clean, and no issues with the timing of the cleaning staff. They were all nice and attentive. Evening entertainment is worth dropping by for, and they showed the world cup finale in an awesome setting. Thanks for that! The resort was visited by a nice mix of nationalities during our stay, and the staff did their best to engage everyone into the daily activities. Also, most staff spoke pretty decent english. Sunbeds were sometimes difficult to find as some guest put their towels out in the morning, but somehow solved itself by people dropping to stay by the pool in the afternoon. The beach is nearby and absolutely worth a visit - also nice bars and supermarkets just closeby. There was a power outbreak for six hours while we stayed at the resort. Not much info given (and no discount), but the resort kept running and dinner was served timely at 7pm. Impressive! Showering before going in the pool is not really a thing. There is one shower nearby the pool, but rarely used by guests. Solid four-star resort. All-inclusive would be a nice option, or at least free water/drinks for dinner.
